Room size, big balcony

Everything to pay in the room, also tea and coffee not offered. Location far from station and bus stop

Very very big room, the most comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of free parking near the hotel. Great Italian restaurant near the entrance and an Aldi supermarket in walking distance (3-4 minutes).Breakfast cost 12.00 Chf extra if you want, it was very simple so we bought fruit and yoghurts from the nearby Aldi.

There is a coffee machine in the room but using the pods or using the tea bags cost you 3.00 Chf. Even in cheaper hotels I never had to pay for using coffee or tea.

Breakfast options not what I expected

Location was odd in amongst commercial properties and adjacent to night club.

Lovely breakfast. Great modern bedroom. Restaurant on site. Big tv with seating area.

The overhead shower only worked at 30% so it trickled water. So we used the handheld shower extra part instead, but if you turned the water pressure too high it went all over the bathroom. Also no one on reception most of the time.

The hotel was beautifully decorated with a grand piano and a gorgeous chandelier - very elegant! The layout of the floors was also very special.

Our bed was especially squeeky on one side. You couldn't even turn over in the night without waking your partner. Very annoying.

Size of the room is spacious. Pressure of the water is good. Parking space. Flashy interior but shows wear and tear.

No complimentary facility in the room. Paid coffee / tea service. The linen of the bed is too old and the duvet is too flat like the pillows. Feeling of the sheets is shabbg. Moldy bathroom, ceiling. Calc on the shower head. The shutters were a bit stuck in one side. The room was bright, lack of dark curtain when you sleep.

Disappointing

They gave me a room in front of the road. High traffic and very noisy. There is no possibility of change since there are no Staff there.There is no possibility of explaining it at check out since there is no staff for check out.

Business-traveler oriented hotel; very spacious, fairly modern room and bathroom, very large and comfortable bed. Decent breakfast included in the price. Price performance very reasonable. Smooth self-check-in and self-check-out procedures. Wifi connection was good.

Hotel is located in a rather unattractive industrial area - there is not much of any interest in the immediate vicinity, so without a car you're a bit stuck.

The best bathtub in the world, never had better anywhere. Nicely furnished rooms.

Kind of in middle of nowhere if you get on foot there. Adds to the surprise at the end though!

Modern, there is a nice atmosphere.

There was a staff which served us on the first day, which was not service oriented working at the breakfast.

A very good option for business travel. Clean, spacious, efficient, easy to access.

Room was very large, bathroom was massive, and both were very clean. Overall a good experience and worked out great for my spouse any myself.

No staff present which was not an issue but could be if you encountered a problem. Better signage in the parking lot is needed as the exit is not well designated.

Fair value for money - a confortable place very accesible by car. A spacious room with all the facilities.
