Point 303 Resort

I had a really lovely experience at Point 303 Resort. Admittedly, I was a bit concerned before arriving after reading some of the reviews — but from the moment I got there, I was pleasantly surprised and immediately put at ease. The location is unbeatable, right across the road from Cloud 9, making it perfect for surfers and beach lovers alike.The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, and the pool, bar, restaurant, and common areas were all clean and well-maintained. The gardens were lush and beautifully kept, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home during my two-week stay. I had no issues with the Wi-Fi, which worked perfectly from my room and other areas of resort.Overall, it was a very affordable stay with great value for money. I also had the chance to meet the owners, who were absolutely lovely. I can’t wait to come back — either to Point 303 or to their sister property, Ocean 101!

Not much. I didn’t have a tv in my room, but I don’t watch tv anyway, I assume others would.

I recently stayed at Point 303 for four days, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. For three of those days, we were placed in a family room that was dirty and poorly maintained. The washroom was in terrible condition, and there was no place to hang our wet clothes, which made our stay uncomfortable. I have no idea why we were given a different room than what we booked on Booking.com.On our third day, my girlfriend asked the receptionist why we were still in the family room, and the receptionist sighed and looked annoyed, which was quite rude. On the last night, we finally got transferred to the deluxe double room we had originally booked, but it still had no internet access. This was frustrating, especially for a resort.Overall, this has been the worst resort experience I've had in Siargao, and I cannot recommend it.

The staff as always was wonderful, accomodating and attentive. The location is near Cloud Nine.

The pool was my favorite the last time we stayed. But currently it's under construction. Hopefully when I come back next time it's done ☺️☺️

Still construction work ongoing. Location is a bit remote compared with alternatives. Plumbing work is substandard.

the location was good just across cloud nine. was able to surf at 5:30 am because it’s like a 2 min walk to the surfing area for beginners. the staffs are friendly, hot and cold shower!

not many food options around the area. wifi did not reach our room, no free water, the room was hot/warm even with the ac turned on 24/7.

The location is great, we were near Cloud 9 so we can easily go to the surfing area. The swimming pool is great, we had a great time swimming and drinking. The staff was amazing, very attentive and helpful.
