We had a great stay at Romantic Beach Villas. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent with a beautiful ocean view, and the bar had a lovely atmosphere. Our room was clean and beautiful, with the pool just outside our garden-view room. The location was perfect, just off the main tourism road and close to shops and restaurants.

The beachfront location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The pool area is very nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also liked that it’s close to restaurants and General Luna town but still feels quiet and private.

Some areas could use a bit of maintenance, and the Wi-Fi connection was not always stable. The rooms are comfortable but could benefit from small updates, and the room I stayed in did not have a full-body mirror, which would have been helpful.

Beach Access

The annex seems a bit far from the actual reception but close to the main road

There seems to be a noise issue; the room isn’t well soundproofed can hear the noises downstairs and repairs and the people.

Conveniently placed off the tourist road, large accommodations, main building is a small walk away, with restaurant, pool and lounge area in the same area.

Not property issue, but can be loud if you’re near the property entrance suites.

The place is beautiful and well-maintained. The restaurant food was also excellent. What stood out was the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. At breakfast time, Maria and her team were always there making sure we had everything that we needed. The housekeepers always provided us with fresh towels even without asking for them. My friends left a cake as a surprise for my birthday which was on the following day. They waited for my friends to pick up the cake at midnight, went to the cottage with my friends and sang hapoy birthday! We were there for 4 nights and everybody consistently went above and beyond. Such a wonderful team!

The single beds on the loft were very squeaky.

While the pool and bar area in front of the white sand beach was wonderful, there was no WiFi in our room "Pacific 2 upstairs" for the duration of our stay, no WiFi in most of the hotel (restaurant, bar area, pool area) the power went off so we lost all water pressure, the generator outside was loud so we could get no sleep, one thing that bothered us is the staff really did not try hard to bring the WiFi back on, and really did not care that WiFi was not working, also, we saw more than 10 rats outside the hotel around the buildings, there were rats everywhere, the food served was less than okay, but the pizzas were terrible Do not stay here, its not romantic when the food is not acceptable, seeing rats everywhere at night, and no WiFi

The location was fantastic you can see the ocean view from your bed when you open the curtains

The shower has very little water pressure and the room is a bit smaller for three people.

The first room that we stayed for 2 nites, the air conditioner does not cool the whole room at all. The ceiling fan was helping, but you have to have the lights on for the ceiling fan to work when you go to sleep.

My room was too far from the main hotel and its not good to walk at night going there, I can hear the noices of the room besides me.

They put us in the annex building the junky part when asked , they told me that it was the room that I booked. Like I know that, booking didn’t specify that this is the annex , if I known never booked there .

The service was good. However, the comfort room was stinky. I’ve booked 2 different rooms and both CR’s are stinky. Both of my rooms were both spacious
