Reef Beach Resort

The staff are so nice, friendly and accommodating. They treated the guests well. Good job to them. Also, the location is near in most restaurants.

Some of the facilities are old and not well maintained, I think. The railings at the patio of the beach front might not be safe anymore. Even the beach itself looked like it was not being cleaned/maintained.

Very clean. Good food in restaurant. Staff always seemed to be cleaning.

It was cozy but facilities seem old and rusty.staffs are very friendly.the place is very big and worth to what i paid for.the master bedroom ac is not that cold and no comforter at all.

DON’T GO NEAR THIS PROPERTY WITH A 10 FOOT POLE, ASSUMING FLEAS CANNOT JUMP 10 FEETThere were fleas in the bed and after being bitten up we changed rooms after 3 days and we’re still itching and scratching and all the compensation they offered was:A) complementary washing of our pajamas after they wanted to charge us and “complementary” only after we refused to payB) pay doctors expenses C) pay for the breakfast we ate on the first day which we had originally booked as “breakfast included” with a 50% payment in advance and because they messed it up, they moved us to a back room with no breakfast. There is loads more wrong, but that’s for another time

A) Fleas in the bedB) loud music blasting 3 party nights out of the 6 we stayed C) Management not taking responsibility for fleas, cockroaches and ants in the room. D) bad smell (maintenance did give us air freshener which we used about 6 times a day E) TV didn’t work throughout the hotel (so we were told when we called maintenance) but this was not a major problem because of B) above F) toilet didn’t flush, but maintenance fixed it quickly

Nothing. Waste of my money.

I had a terrifying experience at this hotel due to a carbon monoxide leak in my room. I almost died from poisoning, which was caused by a gas leak from the kitchen—a clear sign of how outdated and unsafe the facilities are.The rooms are old, and the shower had no water pressure—everything feels neglected. After being rushed to the hospital, the hotel’s initial response was completely unacceptable. The manager only offered me a taxi to the airport as compensation—as if that could make up for such a life-threatening situation!I paid almost €100 per night, but the actual value is more like €40-50 at best. After pushing for proper compensation, I was refunded only one night, which is still ridiculous given the severity of what happened.I will never return to this hotel, and I highly warn others to stay away—it’s not just outdated, it’s dangerous.

Upon arrival, we were not given the correct room. I booked more than 6 months in advance, travelling with 6 adults. I booked the two story 3-bedroom family suite and was given a single level three bedroom. With complaining and insistence we were moved the next day - to the proper room, but it was inconvenient and took time away from vacationing.

Breakfast very disappointed. Small portions, every little wish only by additional paying. For example Juice or Coffee, egg or toast!No bottled water in the room. More than one day no water in the bathroom, and when working, very low pressure... for everything, you need to ask... it seems, the management try to earn money with this unfriendly guest and petty methods. The room price is much to expensive, not accurate for what you get?

Everything. Staff horrible the photos on the internet don't show how the place is now.. There is no value for money .Internet is not good Had issue with my room one night with noise coming from the water feeder tanks. Couldn't sleep wasn't fixed until 3am. No compensation or anything. Very poor service.

We liked the Location and its great for families.The view for breaky is nice.

The water for the shower is very slow and weak. The ceiling fan in the kitchen doesn't work.We missed a night ( Family Suite & 1 bedroom Suite) and 6x family breakfasts due to the cancelled flight from the weather. We didn't get any compensation or any consideration when we asked for just extra eggs or rice for the next day that we have breaky in exchange for the missed night and breakfast. We were told "if you miss it, you miss it" it wasn't peak season to also not consider it as there were free rooms available. Staff were still very nice and kind throughout our stay.

they were a lifesaver during the power outage. the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. all of them made made sure we had a lovely stay. they prepared a romantic dinner set up for my partner and I for our anniversary and it was beautiful. it has a peaceful vibe and the breakfast was also delicious. the pool was a nice temperature and it has a great location in general luna.

It was a very good location as it’s accessible to all the great places I wanted to see in Siargao. Room was so spacious and aesthetically pleasing. I also liked all the accommodating staff. They had a monthly night event and Inwas lucky to be staying in during that day.

The only minor note is I hope they’ll tell the guests ahead of time that the breakfast will only be prepared once the they arrived in the restaurant because a lot of the guests have probably an early call for a tour, so they cannot wait that long for the food to arrive.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Guest services offers an abundance of services, such as car rental, motorbike rental, tours and more. The food is ver good and the property is very nice. Clean and set up for relax. Really liked it.

Staff were super helpful and amazing!

Internet was challenging to access. In addition, the WiFi connection in the rooms were super weak and almost non existent
