Premium Hotel Ganja

Very clean, spacious and well equipped rooms. The staff is amazing, very friendly and kind. The restaurant is open 24 hours, with an extensive menu selection of local and international cuisine. The service at the restaurant was beyond my expectations.

It’s a big hotel, so no personal and special attitude of the stuff to every guest, but they were friendly anyway

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Both the reception and the room service staff are friendly, and they always have a smile on their face. During our stay, they brought a surprise birthday cake for my daughter at breakfast, which was a very nice gesture. The rooms are good-sized, the bed was comfortable, and their room service was top-notch.

the people who worked there, the food it was a luxury restuarant with a low prices, the location, the view from my room and also my room decoration. it was identical to the pictures. thanks to Ramal Bahadur and the other staff i forgot there names but realy we had a very beautiful stay becaude of them.

Our room was spotless clean and well-equipped. The room design was nice. The breakfast was high-quality, with wide variety of local jams and cheeses. They even make omelette upon request. The staff was very kind, courteous, smiling often and spoke good English. Definitely recommend.

Good hotel in good location with a friendly staff

Some things can be improved upon especially breakfast..also air conditioning could be upgraded..and please dont ask guests to wait at check out until their room is inspected, it makes me feel bad

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms with very good air conditioning and comfortable beds. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxing and the on site restaurant is excellent and very well priced for a hotel restaurant, on par with pricing in the city. We highly recommend you have one dinner here! On some nights you’ll hear great live authentic Azerbaijan music.

Suggest to add some more variety to the breakfast. A selection of yogurts would be great and some healthy toppings for yogurt such as oats or granola. Would also recommend checking the showers for any clogs to ensure they drain properly. Our shower drained very slowly but in the end not a big deal for us, the overall experience at the hotel was fantastic.

Definitely stay in this hotel when you are in Ganja. Staff speak English and everything is perfect, from the room to the breakfast and service. I enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

A very nice hotel, my only favorite hotel in Ganja in fact. I keep returning there over time. Very clean rooms, super smiley and helpful staff, a decent restaurant with a nice adjacent bar to sip delicious Illy coffee. Nice breakfast? With a choice of Ganja’s delicious diary products.

It would be great to also have a small gym area there -but then I guess this place will be just a Heaven. Also, coffee they serve at breakfast is just instant coffee poured into the pots. It’s a shame that you have to pay extra at the bar next door if you want brewed, proper coffee instead of that instant coffee. This is a problem of many hotels throughout the regions of Azerbaijan, where hotels have coffee machines but at breakfast they only serve instant coffee unless you pay an extra fee for the machine coffee.

Modern design and furniture, everything is new and shiny, a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. Food is good, and the staff members are nice.

The hotel is new.  The room is clean and comfortable.  The restaurant is exceptional.  Thanks to the chief we have had the best  original meals  here.

Quite high-end, comfortable hotel with many amenities and awesome breakfast with many hot and cold meals choices. Bathroom has got many features, it was clean and modern. Extremely helpful, friendly staff.

Nothing that I noticed, that I would put as a negative for the hotel, except maybe location is slightly far away from the city centre than I initially expected.

The hotel is conveniently located within the city. The premises are kept tidy and the STAFFS PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. The breakfast buffet offers ample choices and is well-presented and the website photos accurately represent the reality. During my stay, I enjoyed a pleasant view of the snow-capped mountain. If I have the opportunity to visit Ganja again, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel once more.

The hotel is almost the number 1 hotel in the city of Ganja. The cleanliness of the room, the welcome, the facilities, everything is perfect!

But I'm sorry I can't say these words about the restaurant.1) İn the afternoon İ showed the waiter and the manager which table İ want and made a reservation for 19:00 oclock. but when I arrived in the evening, there were others sitting at the table. I think this is already inattention to the guest.2) I ordered a margherita pizza and told the waiter to have it without tomatoes, but the pizza came with tomatoes and I asked to change it. 15 minutes later, they served me no new pizza but tooken tomatoes,this is cheating the guest.3) the worst thing was that the manager served the guests in the restaurant and then sat and eat at the next table. I talked to the general managerMr. Elmar and told him about the problems in the restaurant. I hope these details will be resolved soon, because the level of service should always be high!

Quiet district not far from the center. Live national music on w/e evening in the hotel's restoran. Very friendly staff.

Missing iron in the room. But not critical.
