Pros +
- Breakfast was excellent. Location in the city is good. The staff is friendly. I like the parking lot. Also, the staff was flexible to let us park our car there for a week while we had a guide bring us to Jalapão.
- Friendly staff. Good value. Secure parking. Good location as base to visit jalapão fervedouros and São Desidério caves. Close to good restaurants . Good breakfast
- The breakfast is good and the hotel took the precautions for Covid-19 at the breakfast room. The shower pressure and the temperature mixer are efficient, love it!
Cons -
- I didn't see an elevator. So a bit more work to lift the luggage to the upper floor.
- No elevator
- Need constant maintenance! I requested another room upon arrival because the doorknob was broken, so they moved me to the second room where the sink was not draining efficiently and the toilet seat was not firmly fixed. The staffs were attentive to fix these problems for us.
