Atmosphere is a vibe

The bathroom and sink locations are strange. The sink is outside the bathroom.TV channel have a bit of lagging it freezes. The list of channels does not match the actual channel playing on screen (not all but few observations)

Room was spacious and comfortable.

House keeping service was not provided for one night stay.

Rooms were really spacious and comfortable. Staff were very helpful at check-in and the venue was perfectly placed for the cycling event we were taking part in the next morning.

The cleanliness and the staff. I also liked how caring they were for our children’s comfort.

The room have motion sensor However 3 times they came to fix it and it was not working properly ,So every 30 minutes the lights turn off and the A/C comes on on full speed fan & lowest temperature They did ask me if i would like to change the room, I refused due to my children’s & my stuff already we organized it. Finally it noisy you can hear the people in the yard talking!

but i asked for no smoking room and the smell of smoke was there.

one towel provided in the bathroom despite having two single bed room?when asked for a towel, there were none available!The design of the curtain s was absolutely cringy with good night written on it in multiple languages.Does not give a cozy feeling at all.The curtains were only black out blinds, there are no chiffons, so no privacy AT ALL for all attendants when it is dark outside. and they are unawae that EVERYONE can see them through the windows.They had a zombie apocalypse night party on the rooftop and that disturbed the sleep of many families with babies and people who are staying for work.VERY limited options for the breakfast.

When I booked the room, I choose it bcz there was suppose to be bathrobe in the room. So when I took my room the room wasn’t fully prepared as it was saying in the description, no bathrobe no slippers not enough towels and I kept calling the receptionist they were slow they bring one item at a time. It was like I had to tell them what to do. I’m suppose to come and rest not waiting all the time to deliver things to my room. And the ac doesn’t change at all. They said they fix it. It didn’t at this point I gave up. On the last day it was vey disappointing thing that happed to us. The valet took our car and had nail in our tire, guess what happened the receptionist named Younes was rude to us he said to us as two female to go and fix it. And there was men in th lobby stood with us said it’s the hotel fault not the guest. And he didn’t apologize at all and was rude and felt disappointed from everything’s.

There was one guy in reception I believe from Pakistan he was very aggressive and rude honestly and not flexible person at all. He needs to have sessions and training how to deal with people and visitors.

Cleanliness, nice personnel

Two days before my check-in, I received a call from the reception asking if I would agree to give up my reserved room for another guest and be accommodated at a different hotel. I found this request quite surprising and unprofessional. I had booked and prepaid the room a month in advance, so I expected my reservation to be guaranteed. It made me feel that my booking was not valued as it should be. I hope the hotel improves its communication and respects confirmed reservations in the future.

the room. has no control on lights either fully on or off like one star hotelu can not operate usb in the tv so u r stuck with very bad options of channels the staff was not responding to phone call u have to burn the phone before you burn your soul

I stay at Aloft Al Ain on a weekly basis and it truly feels like home. The service is always excellent, and the staff are the nicest, so warm and welcoming every time. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Al Ain city center, and only about 10 minutes away from UAEU, which is perfect for me as a Master’s student. Every visit feels comfortable, familiar, and effortless. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

It was clean

1. The lady that checked us in gave us “an offer” that we can check out an hour after official check out time! I didn’t ask for it she offered only to find an email that they changed and we needed to check out on time. 2. My daughter wasn’t feeling too well on the last day (after swimming) so we slept late and woke up 30 minutes to end of breakfast. I called ahead to ask if they could accommodate our request and either keep it open and let them know we’d put down in a few minutes or to send us some food in the room. The person I spoke to said NO to both requests.

I had no better choice but it be can be improved it.

The bathroom design is terrible — you can’t even tell whether the room is inside the bathroom or the bathroom inside the room. There is no proper solid barrier. On top of that, the sink doesn’t drain properly, the water keeps accumulating, and it clearly has a problem.
