All Seasons Hotel Al Ain - Previously City Seasons

I liked the kind staff, and the comfortable beds, as well as the plentiful amenities. The location was great and the parking free, safe, and easy.

The floor felt a little dirty. Also, online it said their pool was closed so I did not bring a swimsuit. When I arrived, I was told the pool was open (but I didn't have my suit! Oh well!)

Good location to where i wanted to be

It was noisy. I was on the 2nd floor and for the last 2nights there was a party with loud music until 12midnight. When i asked the staff about it, they said live music is allowed until midnight and that they will ask the group downstairs to function rooms to minimize the noise. It didnt help much and i couldn’t sleep well.

The price is less then other. Location is near to my other itinerary.

This property is located close to Town Center and provided easy accessibility to major attractions. Staff was Very friendly and supportive. Ms Karima from the restaurant was exceptional with service and was kind and caring. Overall experience was very good.

Overalls, the experience did not justify the price paid.

Unfortunately, my stay was not comfortable and not worth the amount paid. The bed was worn out and uneven, with a sunken mattress, making it very difficult to rest. After a long driving journey, proper rest was essential, but the bed condition prevented good sleep.The air conditioning was hard to control, and the temperature could not be adjusted properly. The TV had an issue where the settings screen remained displayed even after switching it off.Additionally, the kettle was rusting inside, which is unacceptable and should at least be replaced. The room lighting was very dim, making the room feel dark and uncomfortable.

There was a function at the ground floor ball room. The loud music was well heard at each room, which was bit annoying. should do soundproofing ,so that others are comfortable.

Absolutely nothing

I called the hotel and spoke to staff called othman to inform him that im on my way and im confirming the booking he very rudely replied that all rooms are ready and i need to be there personally to confirm the booking in a vary bad attitude and very bad manner, when i came to the hotel and checked in the bed sheets were ripped and pillow sheets were dirty, i slept for couple of hours and left because it was disgusting.

Staff were nice and location was good

The room was very outdated, and the furniture was broken. However, the biggest problem was the complete lack of sound insulation — it felt like I was sleeping on the street due to the constant noise, even with the windows fully closed and the curtains drawn.

It was in the center of the city. Close to where I had my work.

Very poor quality breakfast, and it was the same everyday. Not at all fresh. Room was dusty when we checked in. Shower was broken. Towels were not available, even housekeeping staff mentioned that they don’t have extra towels and that these can be given only once the laundry is done.

The location

The phone in the room did not work, iron box was missing, the room was clean but the furniture were worn out and the sound insulation from outside was very bad. We could hear every car go by even when the windows were shut

ONLY LOCATION , good location

Noise disturbance: I was not informed beforehand that a wedding party would be taking place during my stay. The noise continued until midnight, making it impossible for me to sleep or rest properly.Air conditioning problem: The AC in my room was stuck at 19°C, which made the room uncomfortably cold. Despite the maintenance team’s attempts, the issue was not resolved during my stay.

Nice Location, descent room size, spacious gym if needed and a good rooftop swimming pool.Service was fine.

Although the service was fine but I was denied for the breakfast even after having full meal plan included with breakfast , later I had to show them the booking details from booking.com that mentioned meal plan included so they verified again in the system and admitted their mistake. The staff should work on it and proactively validate booking details of every customer to avoid such scenarios.

300ml water bottles cost 5 aed even 4stars hotel will not charge that

Even if the hotel is old, they managed to maintain clean and the size of the room is big. The food selection for breakfast is not that much but it is okay.

There’s some holes in the blanket sheet cover, I wish they could replace the blanket sheet cover.

Very clean, peaceful, beautiful neighbourhood. Came on a work trip and had great service as well from the staff. Check-in and checkout were the easiest I have ever dealt with. Couldnt recommend higher!

The backside of the hotel area can become crowded a little as it has shopping centers. But all good with the hotel itself.
