Staff was kind, food was amazing, great location and good service.

Property looks very old. Peeling wallpapers, Pool had slippery walls, furniture had stains, rusting, doors of the common bathroom area near restaurant were damaged, doors of the room closed and open noisily, aircon in the room not coping upto to the temperature. Strongly recommend renovation.

The breakfast was good.The swimming pool was good.WiFi stopped working in a few hours and did not come back for the rest of the stay.

Broken WiFi, the Japanese room was not convenient for a family of 4. There was no bathroom in the room.

Friendly staff at front desk. Meals included breKfast & lunch were great. Nice to sit outside. Great water pressure in shower. Wonderful view of ocean.

Beds very hard. Maybe extra pad would’ve helped.

I liked everything, especially the reception, the hospitality, the help in everything, the restaurant, the food, especially the gorgeous ocean view. And, as a guest of Japan, an unforgettable impression of the restaurant, where you can cook the freshest seafood yourself. I would especially like to note the attitude of the receptionist, who met us and solved all our questions, as well as during the entire stay at the hotel she prompted us. Please accept the most sincere words of gratitude the team and, of course, your management, who met and saw off the guests. I would like to come to your hotel again!

Room was sea facing. After complaining about strong smell of barbecue in the room which was near starecase, Staff politely swapped us to another room away from the starecase.

Its famous for barbecue. The barbecue smell was on all floors.Especially near starecase rooms.

The Onsen was great, the restaurant as well.

Communication in English was complicate.

Clean. Good breakfast. Sea views from all rooms. Dog friendly.

Pool area under refurbishment which looked unsightly.

Location

Those lovely photos of sushi and sashimi buffet on the internet. No! No sushi and a few pieces sashimi in kindergarten size portions in kindergarten size dishes. Dinning room was more like a factory dinning hall, but the cobwebs were impressive. The morning after dinner my diarrhea started. My wife didn’t eat dinner because she was so disappointed with the buffet. She was spared the diarrhea. We decided not to use the hot spa because of COVID-19. Still had to pay ¥600 onsen tax.

Reaction of the staff to my requests was fast and welcoming. The new room we moved after we had claimed discomfort in the first room was very good (much cleaner and newer)

The first room we were assigned (Room 301) was horrible in many respects. First, it had a flickering light, which was fixed immediately upon our request (their reaction was great). Second, the bathroom looked not very clean and smelly. Third, which was super annoying, we heard constant kind of mechanical noise coming from above the toilet throughout the night!! In response to our first request of stopping the noise, they sent us a maintenance personel who attempted to stop it and seemingly stopped for a while, but the noise occurred again with even louder noise! In response to our second request at 3 am, they prepared for another room, which was in the newer side of the building. Finally we were able to sleep. Basically they were helpful and quick to respond to our requests, but still we didn't like the fact that they kept such a bad room condition as it was.
