- The friendly staffl
- Fantastic location and the south beach cafe was excellent. The dive staff are great as are the kids club staff. Executive Chef  Cross makes amazing food at the south beach cafe. Can't wait for his fine dining restaurant to open!!!
Cons -
- The rooms and bathrooms are a little tired. The information staff are not knowledgeable about activities and were not helpful. The information sheets about the resort in the rooms is very out of date. Internet was expensive and didn't work very well.
