Quiet location, great view of the sea, good breakfast, nice pool.

Nobody was there at the reception when I arrived, and there were repairs/improvements going on, making me think at first that the hotel was not available, even if I had a reservation. Noisy repairs started around 7 the next morning, not really relaxing.

Hi everyone, please stay away from this horrible place, all the pictures showing on booking it’s a real one BUT…. With a lot photoshop!!! Rooms: all staff in very very bad condition need renovations and refrigerator is dirty like never cleaned before! Swimming pool: water dirty, clean water it’s so disgusting, that’s why everyday we are going to the next resort Warung Chik for swimming))) the tile in the pool is broken, so I’m very disappointed! We stay there two weeks and in this time never gonna stay there more than one night, it’s weird))) I’m trying to cancel my reservation with management, but they said is not gonna work like that and we have to stay till the end!!! I believe that many guests come and left this place the next day because they have reservations only for 3-4 day not like us. Also I was injured with motorbike which we take directly from them X2 price that everywhere we realize that when we find out the price outside, so when I got accident in resort territory I’m surprised that bike is no have insurance coverage and we paid 400$ to fix that, but nobody asking me about my health, it’s very very rude!!! Thanks to good I’m a blogger and I’m take a lots of videos of that)))

This place is very peaceful, there are coconut trees and the sound of the waves which makes the atmosphere very relaxing, the location is not so crowded, there are several restaurants around the location, and local stalls.Their staff is very good, everyone is full of smiles, only there is no welcome drink

It should be noted that the front porch needs to be cleaned, the linens also seem to need updating, the room was very quiet, the bathroom was nice, the beach loungers were not well looked after.

The nature was amazing, from plants, trees and birds. Best place to be if you love nature and wave sounds.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is located right on the beach with beautiful views. Hotel is also in a local area near a couple other local hotels/restaurants and stores.

There are mosquitoes so I would highly suggest bringing bug/mosquito repellents.

I liked the hotel at first sight. Very beautiful territory, wonderful pool and wonderful sunsets. We booked a villa, really liked the open-air bathroom, made in Balinese style, a real work of art. The villa itself needs a little renovation, but this is understandable - in such a humid climate, especially near the sea. The staff was very polite, the breakfasts were excellent, we ate on the veranda with a view of the sea. I liked everything very much, thank you very much!

The property isn’t quite up to the standard shown in th pictures none the less it’s a beautiful location and Santos makes you feel very welcome, share a. arak n Sprite by the pool Santos it excellent conversationalist as is Wayan a local driver, thoroughly enjoyed my stay and might just buy the place

Was great time to stay in seraya hotel, the room huge just for two of us, quite, and the view ? was good experience yo stay in seraya, we will definitely back again and we also recommend seraya hotel with our friends.

Overall good just need little bit maintained

Gorgeous location on the seafront with amazing views over the ocean. Great falling asleep listening to the waves crashing at night and spending time in the infinity pool. Breakfast was delicious & generous and the property is nice and private. If you have a scooter to get around, there are plenty of lovely Warungs nearby, and Jasri is only a 7 minute ride away too.

Property is beautiful but the villas are quite tired and a few comfort touches would make a big difference to guest experience. Eg: Most power points not working (staff were happy to assist with a power board). no cushions provided for couch. a drying rack on porch for swimwear/pool towels would be handy, bedside lamps would be helpful & the door is really hard to slide open & shut and needs some attention. But the property was priced accordingly - with a few little upgrades, the nightly rate could easily be raised accordingly.

Very friendly staff and a magical view

The place is just abandoned. Mold is just everywere...the tiles in the swimming pool are broken the same as wooden floor in front of the pool.Not possible to swim in the sea.

Although we had a booking, after an inspection of the property we decided NOT to stay.

Lack of security, lack of cleanliness, no maintenance and gardens overgrown, lack of facilities so food would need to be ordered in. The property was isolated on top of a hill and did not suit our requirements and was not as per photos.

The location is splendid with the most spectacular ocean front pool view. The villas are big & beautiful ?

A little maintenance is needed in a few places only.

Room didn’t have a fridge or fan as advertised, cleanliness very average. Very isolated property, wouldn’t stay this far east again. Spent majority of our time in Candidasa.

There is a nice place nearby—Warung Chic restaurant, which was a relief for us, and we spent most of our time there. Good food, a relaxation area with loungers by the pool by the ocean, and a clean bathroom. I never thought I would look for a bathroom outside my hotel.

Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures on the website. We stayed in the Seabreeze Villa. We expected the property to be quite old, but we did not anticipate it being so dirty.FILTH, DIRT, DUST, and COBWEBS - there are no words to describe it. It looks like the staff hasn't cleaned the place for at least a year. The bed materials were stained, and there was an unknown black powder on them. We observed that this powder was falling from the straw roof onto the room. It's a disgusting feeling when you're lying down or sleeping and black dust is falling on you. It was simply everywhere. Inside the drawers, there was dust and cobwebs—clearly, no one had cleaned them. Additionally, there were many cobwebs and dust on the ledges, curtains, and around the bed area. There are also gaps between the doors and windows, allowing mosquitoes to enter freely.The internet was not working during our stay. Despite having WiFi with a good signal, we couldn't connect. After contacting the staff, they asked us to connect to a different TP-link network, but unfortunately, there was no signal in the room, so I had to go outside to use the WiFi.Opening or closing the bathroom door requires a lot of strength. As a man, I struggled with it. The bathroom is semi-open, which has its charm, but it was also very neglected. A dirty, moldy mat (foot towel), streaks in the sink, bathtub, and on the mirror made it unpleasant to stay there. I just wanted to have a shower quickly and leave the resort for the entire day.The pool is also past its prime, but I didn't have high expectations other than a clean mattress for the sun loungers. Unfortunately, there were no mattresses for us, so I asked the staff for some. He brought us mattresses, but they were dirty, and when we pointed this out, he ignored us and put them on the loungers.This was the worst facility in 10 years of using booking.com. I don't know how there can be so many positive reviews, suspicious.

If you are looking for beautiful beachfront resort then this is for you , but about the bungalow is very old not upto the mark , breakfast was good

location far from downtown but view is just amazing, sound of ocean, little black sand beach was incredible for us, and really enjoyed.
