Nothing, worst experience of our lifetime.

Do not stay here. 5AM they have heavy machinery working on beach next to your room. Its so loud you won't be able to sleep. Its legit next to your house. When asked for refund to move somewhere else, they just straight up refused. And said management has decided to continue selling rooms ignoring fact that its not livable conditions. It is absurd, whoever made this decision is next level retrd. Room is old, food is uneatable. There are much better hotels around here.

I like the location, the resort is beautiful and the staf very kind and helpfully

The breakfast was good but not that special , its i smal buffet and you can choose 1 dishes a la carte ( the dishes a la carte was always good and tasteful)

Nirwana Resort is truly a beautiful property — the surroundings are peaceful, the scenery is stunning, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. It’s the kind of place that has so much potential to be an amazing getaway.However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness and the restaurant experience. The bathroom had a strong smell of urine when I arrived, which made the stay uncomfortable. Even worse, I found hair in my food at the restaurant — something that should never happen anywhere, let alone at a resort of this standard.The staff were polite and the location is wonderful, but the management really needs to pay more attention to hygiene and cleaning standards. With proper improvements in these areas, Nirwana Resort could easily become a top-tier destination.

the bungalows are stunning and super comfortable. everything felt so luxurious and the staff were so incredibly kind and helpful! the pool was so lovely too!

The location, the view, the room, the staff (at the reception they were exceptional good), the garden and pool all very very good! Some restaurants in the area offer shuttle service which is very nice. The food in the testaurant is good.

There are not many restaurants at (safe) walking distance. Especially in the evening when it is dark, walking along the (unlit) street is not recommended as the pavement is not 'solid' everywhere. Luckily shuttle services by some restaurants is available.

Could improve the food selection

It’s right on the beach and the views from the restaurant is amazing. If you want to relax and just spend the days by the pool this hotel is good. The food was nice. They can have more options for dinner however. The location is ok not much too see around nor any restaurants. A bit difficult to find cab around but the hotel does have shuttle service. The staff is great too. And they have a lot of activities that guest can take part in.

The rooms are not very clean, there were a lot of lizards and incests in the room itself. Some of the bathrooms are open from top which is inconvenient for some people. The AC doesn’t cool very well. But overall relaxing stay.

Breakfast looked good, we were not able to enjoy it because we had to leave early. Dinner was ok but we had to choose from a different menu then the regular menu.

The shower and shower heads were covered in mould and were dirty, also the toilet was not properly cleaned on arrival. After informing the staff they completely changed the shower and cleaned the toilet. But it makes you wonder if this was never mentioned by other guests. The mosquito net did not cover the bed fully and the pool did not look clean. Also be mindful, using a taxi app like Gojek or Grab is very hard from this location. When nearing the hotel there is actually a sign claiming “online taxi’s not allowed”. The hotel is very remote from the main road, so walking to explore the area is nearly impossible.

Only thing is it's a little isolated at the end of a long road. So going for a walk isn't an option

We stayed at Nirwana Beach and Resort for 3 nights with our kids and absolutely loved it! The location is stunning, with amazing ocean views and a peaceful vibe. Our room was spacious and comfy, and the staff were super polite and helpful.The activities were a real highlight – from flower making to the free snorkelling trips every second day, which our kids couldn’t get enough of! On alternate days, the hotel even offers free rides to local villages, giving us a chance to experience authentic local life – a real gem.Food was a little on the pricey side, but to be fair, it was delicious and high quality. Plus, the afternoon tea is a lovely bonus included in the stay.Highly recommend for families looking to relax, explore, and soak in the local culture!

The breakfast. It was extremely poor and needs much more variety.

As you arrive you feel relaxed and in peace, lovely spacious bungalows with nice verandas really welcoming and charming. Great place to unwind, staff is friendly and helpful, I could always get a free lounger next to the pool. Really good food too - I especially loved the barbecue night!

They could do with some new towels, especially the pool ones.

It was raining and the roof was little bit leaking. Lots of ants. Too bad we couldn’t swimming on the beach but good thing there’s a pool. But otherwise it was amazing place

The staff are helpful, comfortable rooms, good SPA, delicious meals mostly breakfast.

Not easy access walking to main street

Very beautiful hotel, spacious room, good facilities and multiple activities organised, nice restaurant to dine if you don’t feel like going out of the complex (food avg though), nice smiley staff

I think we were just unlucky as I don’t believe that’s the norm for the hotel but essentially started from a room where the air condition was broken, and from there things went south. The hotel manager straight away suggested to move us to another room which was fully appreciated, yet we get to the room and it’s not been cleaned. The bed was made but then everything around looked dirty: there was hair on the floor and the bathroom, the bathtub wasn’t clean, the bedside table was dirty. When we pointed this out, again they offered to clean straight away which was again appreciated. We were happy to spend some time by the pool while they were cleaning up but it was 22:10 (10’ after their bar started to close) and so they didn’t accept to serve us a drink except for a beer, which they also charged. That’s totally fine, but it’s those details that make a difference for me. A 4* hotel in such occasion should apologise and offer you a drink as bare minimum for the inconvenience. It’s not a big deal, the hotel is still nice. I just think that with some minor improvements in service they can really create a better customer experience and turn a negative situation around. The cleanliness also I’m not sure it’s all across the hotel, because the first room was really in good shape. Bad luck I guess :)The other thing that’s not amazing is the location: it’s slightly remote and out of the main Street. The distance is small so you can walk but it’s hot so if you want to get a garb, you often don’t find one.

The included meal package wasn’t that great. They were out of selections. The special BBQ wasn’t worth the price charged. It was grilled skewers! Should change their promotional photos to reflect the exact offering rather than the steak etc. very disappointed that we have to wait for a very longgggggg time for the skewers as they were using a domestic bbq pit. Didn’t have a chance to taste all as it ran out very quickly. The intention was good but the planning and delivery wasn’t great.

Beachfront Bungalow: The beachfront bungalow was beautiful and provided a great experience.Staff and Management:All staff and management provided outstanding service, demonstrating dedication and attention to detail throughout our stay.Garden: The garden was lavish and well-maintained, adding to the overall beauty of the property.Pool: The pool was clean and easily accessible, contributing to a pleasant experience.Location:Very quite and peaceful.

Meal Options: The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were quite limited. I would not recommend booking the packaged lunch or dinner as the value did not meet expectations.Beach Access: The beach was not easily accessible.Fridge Condition: The fridge in the room was outdated and in need of an upgrade.Bathroom Maintenance: The grout in the bathroom needs attention as it showed signs of build-up.Location: The property is located in a very remote area.

Friendly, caring staff who made our stay most enjoyable. Tasty menus and expansive drinks menu. we had a great time and would love to return one day.
