We liked our breakfast.the cook was very. good and a good selection of dishes

Hairdryer in the room would’ve been good soap dispenser needed attention massage area needed more privacy and relaxing atmosphere

A dream hotel, just in front of the sea, spotless, nice cabins, wonderful pools overlooking the ocean. Good food. Staff super helpful. Wide range if tours and activities, including ioga class. Excellent value for the price!

We had the SeaBreeze Suite and it was fabulous. Large room and ensuite private gazebo and lawn in front of villa.

Wonderful, boutique resort with a relaxed vibe, two beautiful pools and manicured gardens.

Wifi is very hit and miss. Quite frustrating.

The views are nice, staff was excellent. I will definitely recommend and be returning again and again.

Limited bar but not a deal breaker

The staff, the nature and landscape around, the view, the space.

WiFi signal always interrupts. The breakfast portions very small and does not make sense for money paid. Prices for drinks in the hotel are too high, the restaurant in 8 minutes of walk is 2 times cheaper and also portions are bigger.

Beautiful property - perfect for relaxation. Property is outside of Candidasa town. There are a few very good little warungs about 10 minute walk along a lane in a small village.

Beautiful location with nice swimming pools and wonderful views. Wonderful staff.

Just a few small things. Electric outlets should be more accessible in the room. No hair dryer. Bathroom seems a bit dated. The long narrow swimming pool needs some cleaning at the bottom.

Bath didn't have hot water, but the shower was great

spacious grounds and gardens with sweeping view of the bay. The staff is wonderful, always friendly and very attentive. The upstairs studio was very large.

The WIFI is weak and spotty at times.

The staff was so nice. They upgrade us for a room with a sea view. This place is magical with the sea view and the quietness.

The resort is amazing. They have two amazing swimming pools, restaurant... Staff were extremely kind. We stayed there as we were heading to Padangbai the next morning and it was quite convenient.

Some of the staff could not speak English.

The restaurant tried too hard with too many cuisines - slightly missing the mark in all menus including local Indonesian classics. Plus the tours etc organised by the hotel locally require a minimum of 2 persons to be booked - otherwise they just cancelled the booking in my case when I was waiting to be picked up at the designated time. Very disappointing so don't really recommend this place for solo travellers.

The staff were very accommodating.

Queen bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was average at best. $11 AUD for 2 sachet coffees (called Lattes ?). This is a $90 a night room not $250 as paid.

Location was superb! Pools lovely, views superb, staff great too.

The shower in room 20 was terrible. Couldn’t direct the water and it went all over the floor. Just a mess. Needs a new shower holder. Wasting soooo much water. Otherwise a lovely place to stay!

The shower head needs to be replaced (cracked) and no mention of a step into a deep bath tub to shower .. we managed but just ..

Gorgeous sea view, beautiful grounds and excellent room

It was all great.

Lovely quiet spot, loved Sengkidu area. Location overlooking ocean, expansive lush gardens, beautiful villa. Staff polite and helpful. Pool clean and stunning infinity looking over ocean.

There are great places for massage outside the hotel.

I stayed in the wooden chalet, great room comfortable large bed, there are two large pools on the property, the best is direct access to the beautiful coral reef teaming with fish, 5 meters from the waters edge..

The only down side is the nearest shops and restaurants are over 1 klm away.( but the privacy is the up side)
