Location ia great for the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. A little oasis in paradise.

Shower could have been a bit stronger with better temp control.

Very chill area of Bali. Great getaway from Kuta and Ubud.

The beach area was not really good for swimming

Loved the openness of the place. The views of the ocean and pool were pretty amazing.Very relaxed atmosphere, close to restaurants and spas.I had the Deluxe Ocean Views room. Very spacious. Great views from the verandah.

Restaurant prices were a little expensive. But this is typical for most hotels.

This is a really beautiful hotel with people who go back year after year. The staff were super nice and helpful. I had a room on the third floor with a lot of steps but the view was amazing. And chose to climb the stairs but the had many rooms on the first floor with an ocean view. The pool/ restaurant area is so pretty. I didn’t spend that much time in the area but it seemed like it’s more like some of the busy area used to be. Beautiful Bali

I stayed in December and it was the rainy season and all the rooms smell of wet or mould. I stayed in two different rooms both had that wet smell, one had leaks. Beds are very firm and the lounge was hard plastic type seats. Showers ok, not great

We loved the pool and the staff were great. The view was spectacular and that sunset was unbelievable!

This place really grew on me. Definitely worth upgrading from the cheaper rooms, as they studios much more comfortable. Bit dated but everything you need is there, suits an older demographic I think. Very good bed & sheets, very clean, good hot water, staff lovely & access to small beach a huge plus.

The old local men that hang around the beach access stairs all day. They’re looking for work to take you snorkeling but just end up staring at you all day. As a solo female, didn’t feel comfortable lying on a subbed by the pool as they would just be staring the whole time. Even while eating in the restaurant.

All top, except sometimes the aircon!!!We had 3 rooms, only one top cool!!Others not cool.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Great localization directly on a very quiet private beach. Food was good. Staff was super nice and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. They made sure we had pre-packed breakfast boxes even if we had an early checkout before their breakfast hours. We went back 1 more time to this hotel because we liked it so much. Great spot only 20-30 min drive from the port of Padangbai and the ferries to the Gilis/Lombok. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, massages in the village of Candidasa.

Very good location, at the beach, very calm and relaxing and the staff is friendly.I really enjoyed staying there and will definitely come back:)

The smell in the bathroom

The Manager and one women in training were so nice. The dealt with the issues promptly. I appreciate them.

The one women at front desk that lacked customer service and was rude to us over a very legit issue There was garbage all over the hotel beach. I think they maybe could clean up. It’s not their fault it’s from the ocean and it’s very sad to see. But maybe cleaning it up would be more appealing to guests.I also recommend that when people have a massage beside the pool they don’t go directly into it….. it is sooo unsanitary for everyone. There needs to be a rule about this. The pool was not okay from unthoughtful guests getting in right after.

We've spent over four years in Bali, and this is by far our favorite place to return to—extremely well-kept, tranquil, right by the ocean, and with the friendliest staff around.
