Location was perfect for us. The hotel was extremely quiet.

Relaxing place.Good bed with good mattress.Friendly staff en some music and balinese dance on our Saturday night stay.Pool is clean.Quiet located a bit away from the main street.Next to a lotus pool and short walk to many restaurants and coffee shop.Free coffee and tea and water.Rooms have safe coffee maker and hair dryer Quality/price is very good.Big shower room.

Room 304 is next to the restaurant so if you need more privacy ask a room a bit away from the restaurant.But nothing wrong with the room

Nothing. The fact I had to leave!!

Unfortunately, although the location is great and the staff were kind, our stay was completely ruined by bed bugs.I woke up covered in bites, unable to sleep, with painful, itchy rashes that are still affecting me even after leaving. I was clearly bitten by bed bugs, not ants or other insects, as your staff suggested — the bites were in distinct rows, which is a well-known pattern specific to bed bug attacks, and I have photo evidence confirming this. This is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel. Cleanliness and pest control must be a priority. It’s shocking that such an issue was not handled before guests arrived. We feel deeply disappointed and our vacation was ruined. Please take urgent action to address this problem — no one deserves to go through this.

A lovely hotel with kind and responsive staff. They had a few choices for breakfast which was a nice change from the standard toast, eggs, and fruit. The room even had a mini fridge.

Good in-house restaurant. Great swimming pool. Great view of lotus pond behind hotel. Beds were comfortable. Friendly staff.

Black mold in bathroom - staff were informed of this and they did not appear to understand the health risks of black mold. They cleaned it up with a cloth and then rinsed the cloth in our bathroom sink. Pungent smell always coming from bathroom.Bathroom area was unnecessarily big with huge unused space (this could’ve been expanded into the rooms).Power outlets not in ideal spots.

Everything was beautiful. The staff especially lovely and kind. The pool and beautiful gardens exceptionally clean and well cared for. The resturant food was divine. Breakfast lovely. The rooms clean and WIFI good.

Big room and massive bathrooms. Strong hot shower, beautiful pool and garden. Surprisingly good restaurant.

Great location, beautiful quiet setting, we spent a lot of time in the hotel using the pool and relaxing. Friendly staff, adequate restaurant, everything we needed. Great communication before arrival and great too setup for families with the interconnecting rooms and very comfy beds with mozzie nets too as a bonus.

The only downside was the doors don’t seal tightly so had the odd mozzie in the room but not a huge problem. The food is fine, nothing at all wrong with it and ticked the box for an easy meal but nothing amazing.

This is a small hotel that has a peaceful atmosphere with an extremely clean pool and tranquil exceptionally well maintained gardens. Whilst the facilities are somewhat basic they are more than adequate for a comfortable stay. The small restaurant serves a basic menu from a very clean kitchen, guests can see thier food being prepared behind a large glass wall. We could not fault the cheerful, helpful staff. There is not a lot to do in Candidasa but that suited us because it gave us the opportunity to unwind. We have stayed here before and if in Bali again will rebook

Hotel surcharge on taxi service a bit steep. Pool closed at 1930 hours, would have been better if stayed open till 2130.

My regular hotel when i am in Candudasa. Perfect location to center beautiful lotus lagoon, beach tec.perfect size rooms, just lovely.

The breakfast is very basic and doesnt appeal to having breakfast at hotel. If you offer American breakfast, make it a full breakfast with 2 eggs not one, sausage, bacon, toast butter, jam , beans. And garnish the plates adds to it. 85.000idr for 1 egg and toast with coffee is not a breakfast.

Super cute and nicely decorated hotel, with internal garden and nice pool. Bed are the most comfy I have tried so far in Bali ! I had such a good night

The position of resort was excellent.The staff were so friendly.The Restaurant was of exceptional for dining both quality and value.

There was nothing nor to like. This was my most satisfying trip to Bali
