Candi Beach Resort & Spa

secluded location

do not bother to take the hotel shuttle van to go to the Candidasa town, it is just a main street with thru traffic and nothing much to see... if you have been in Ubud, Sanur, Legian, Kuta.... Candidasa is a waste of your time.

It is rated 4 stars but for real it should be 5 stars as it is way better than alot of 5 stars hotels and resorts , staff are awesome, clean is perfect , nice beach , quite place for relaxation, my room has the best view in the world 2 windows one of them to the ocean and the other for the forest

If you are looking for a crowded city and noise don’t come to this resort as it is far away from Ubud and the activities.

Excellent experience, I liked everything: the territory, staff, beaches. Everything is neat and clean.

A little poor breakfast, if you stay for more than 1-2 days, it may seem boring. At the same time, everything was tasty.

Staff are very friendly and attentive. Main pool area is very nice. Spa is excellent (special thanks to Tri).

Hotel looks a bit worn in places. Noisy AC in the room. Advertised snorkelling trips were never running. Afternoon walks cancelled with no reason. Transfer was very late to pick me up from the airport.

Everything!! We stayed in a garden bungalow, they have a beautiful bathroom and good size room. The resort is set in spacious grounds with lovely pools with the most sensational views. Great breakfast buffet. Fabulous staff.

The view is good, friendly helpful staffs..

Quite far from downtown bali

i liked the grounds, badminton, that there were 3 pools and a sandy beach.

a full duvet comforter on the bed, i think just a sheet and small blanket are not enough.

My wife Danielle and I spent our holidays at Kuno Villas and absolutely loved it! ?The place is super romantic, peaceful, and full of charm. The staff are extremely attentive — always smiling and ready to help with anything. Breakfast is amazing, freshly made and served warm every morning ?☕️While you’re enjoying your meal, they clean your room, which is such a thoughtful touch!They also offer laundry service and can help you order delivery from nearby restaurants.Everything about our stay was perfect — impeccable service and such a warm, welcoming vibe. We’ll definitely be back! ?

The only thing we didn’t like was the air conditioning — on very hot days, the room felt a bit warm, as it couldn’t cool down completely.And just a small suggestion: instead of using open bottles filled with mineral water, it would be better to provide sealed glass bottles, like the ones from the market. Since Bali has some issues with tap water, my wife and I were a bit hesitant to drink it until we confirmed it was mineral water.Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back! :)

Beautiful garden and beach. Comfortable beds and lovely bathroms in the beach bungalow. Very well maintained area. Breakfast was lovely. Many options for food and also a lot of warungs nearby where you can find good food for very reasonable prices.

It’s a typical resort hotel, you can feel it’s there for a while, not the fanciest/trendiest hipster design, but I wouldn’t call it worn down. Pools were very good, beach is nice - to look, sea is full of plastic rubbish sadly. But still it’s calm enough for swims, if you want to. Breakfast was not creative or exceptional, but good for a resort stay. There is a very good Indian restaurant in walking distance, otherwise you mostly need cars to go anywhere.

WiFi is very very very weak, even in the room. It has to be fixed. Jacuzzi was cold, even colder than the normal pool, not really pleasant. Breakfast could be modernized a little bit, feels very 90s.

Breakfast time was very unorganised, quite chaotic If you want to use Grab for transport they are not allowed to collect you from the lobby you have to walk up to the main road with your luggage to meet them. They have a hotel taxi service which is provided for a fee.

I liked everything.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The facilities were top-notch, and you could really feel that they take wonderful care of their guests. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Everything was perfect. A great number of pools, staff super nice, making sure that we had everything we needed. Food and drinks were good from all the restaurants we ate in.

Maybe they can introduce a dinner buffet in the Ocean restaurant on some days during the week.
