- The staff immediately switched us to another room when the air conditioning was not working! Being American I was surprised that the staff knew very little English, dinner was messed up one night in the dining room! That said everyone was so nice.
- Excellent hotel, very pleasant stay
- Style, room size, amenities, super comfortable bed, friendly staff, 24hr bar and room service
Cons -
- Check in is painfully slow!!
- Room and especially bathroom very poor lighting Distrust in guests. Requesting to put down a deposit before room service or breakfast can be ordered. This should just be charged to the room so guests can settle bill upon checkout.
