- Great hotel with everything you need. Nice and comfortable with a good kitchen. We stayed twice and the first time we are on the ground floor and it was a bit dark. The fourth floor room was much better. Excellent value. When we called the manager arrived quickly.
- Beautiful, spacious, clean, extremely quiet, have a washer and dryer for rainy days and going to the beach, comfortable beds, a small kitchenette, microwave, a good sized fridge, facing a small fishing village with a bit of ocean view. Great location near restaurants and a big supermarket: but you must have a car as it is located at quiet corner of the town. Easy check in with instruction given through an email message: which is in Japanese only. Must use google translate. Very close to our favorite beaches at Irabu island : about 15 mins drive to a paradise of two quiet and amazingly beautiful beaches. One is called Togochinohama beach and a the other amazing snorkelling beach with tons of fish is called Nakonoshima beach. The Japanese people are so polite and kind. They know how to preserve the corals and nature. Thank ms. If I would ever visit again, I would definitely come back to Pink Hibiscus. But it is a very good valued apartment with a very reasonable price with all the amenities in the apartment, not a hotel as there is no staff working.

- The building is a bit strange. There are sea views in both directions but you have to look through the concrete blocks. Communication was difficult but the manager was very responsive by phone. Because we don’t speak Japanese we were disappointed that our messages in the booking app were not answered. We ended up getting a Japanese person to call him to arrange a taxi. It would have been less stressful to have a text confirmation that he would order the taxi.
- No-one to talk to when we need one more garbage bag, and when the dryer suddenly changes setting from hot to cold. There is zero communication if you have any issues, as no-one will respond to your messages through booking.com. In the beginning, I cannot adjust the air conditioner, but later I figure out that I had to change the mode to “cold” then I can adjust the temperature.

Despite the fact we both speak adequate Japanese she seemed to have a problem with us and gave us false information about hotel rules such as not going in the pools with tattoos however this is not noted anywhere and there were Japanese nationals with tattoos in the pool. The rest of the hotel staff were average never particularly nice but never partially horrible. The cleaner was lovely.The buffet breakfast is mediocre but convient. It closes early so be careful.

Incredible stay! Great value, clean, spacious and every amenity you need. Not too far from the city and perfect to stay at as a home base to adventure the island and surrounding islands!

Good facilities, utilities, bath and toilet are separated, there is a dryer so we could do laundry and dry as well. Good kitchen and balcony. Everything is all set!

Lovely hotel with all the amenities required including laundry and a small kitchenette that worked well for cooking (did so nearly every day). Good location and easy to get around from there. All self-service with only remote staff, but super responsive and accommodating.
The property was excellent with good location, super clean, private and lovely facilities. They provide everything we need for the trip. The room was spacious too.
