Parque Espana Residence Hotel

- reception and other staff are courteous - very convenient location (near malls, grocery, restaurants) - price is just right - very nice and comfortable rooms

Location

The beds are comfy and the kitchen

The room tixtures are mostly outdated and looking okd already and needs some renovation.

Nice complimentary breakfast buffet. The hotel is conveniently located to Commerce Center mall, Alabang Town Center Mall, Festival Mall, Westgate, Molino for shopping and many restaurants. Also near supermarkets. A safe and clean neighborhood. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We feel safe and protected with the presence of the security guards 24/7. We also love their shuttle service to the airport, nearby malls and hospital.Parque España Hotel is spacious with a furnished living room, dining room and kitchen. The bathrooms have all the amenities needed. Highly recommended to family and friends. I stay here every time I vacation in Manila.

Food, staff, beds.

Being charged fir breakfast when booking.com says it's included.

Staff very helpful good food. Super spacious apartment like rooms.

Booked 2 rooms. Booking dot com offered me breakfast for 6. Hotel said it was just 2 per room. Hotel honored the 6 since my kids don't eat that much anyway but seemed to be a disconnect between Hotel and Booking.com. Hotel made it good.

It was my first time to stay in Parque Espana with my family (with kids) and I must say that the hotel met my expectation. The staff are very accommodating specially the housekeeping team. Thank you Peter for always assisting us and always offering help / clean the room / change towel / etc. The hotel location is very good - few meters to Festival Mall, grocery store, and near a park where we can roam around with the kids. The hotel facilities also are very good specially the kitchen within the room, very helpful specially we have kids along with us. Thank you to all the staff and we look forward to staying again in Parque!

Please do not take this as negative point but a suggestion - I would suggest that the Parque team to upgrade the toilet. For now its still workable and functional but an upgrade will be good.

I like the location of the hotel, it is near the mall. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Location is very good. Walkable to the mall and other areas such as Westgate. The room was very clean.

Property is very dated. I was upgraded to a room that had been updated but still look like the 1970s the room did have some chemical smell may be like an insecticide

The staff were the best! Very courteous and helpful. Location is super close to restaurants and walking paths. There is even a small playground for young kids! The suite was very spacious!

The property is older and we saw that mostly in the bathrooms. Bathrooms need some updates.

I did book deluxe room That was so nice , huge , clean It located in the middle of the town , that was so quiet, clean park You can run in morning , evening All good and convenient Roof top is nice + restaurant Have router Wi-Fi in your own room , that is fast make thing easier

The pool is quite small for me but I didn’t use that much

The location is good but I don’t trust them anymore to do the right thing

They double charged me for one of the 3 rooms I had booked for a gathering. I have been forced to go to booking to fix the issue

The staff are very accommodating. The hotel is very homey.

The rooms are not soundproof you can hear the sound from the other room. There are not so many options for breakfast. Need improvement on the breakfast buffet selections.

room size, staff on room service

Hot water ran out ofter 2-3 minutes and had to wait 5 minutes for it to refill tank otherwise a cold shower!Had problems with the water in the room one day as it stank out the room.

the location is convenient to our meeting place and place of work

STAFF.. FRONT DESK STAFF. Where do i begin? Maybe the worst part was they would call you at 10PM ( when youre already starting to sleep) just to tell you that you need to check out atv12 noon the next day and then call you again in the morning to remind you to check out around 9am.. How Annoyung and RUDE is that? but we never said anything. Then all the staff were just standing there watching us haul all 3 luggages to the car. Not a single one of them offered to help. i have a video of it. I think they are only genuinely nice to VIP guests. Food is so so..its a hit and miss every day. The room and the hotel itself is starting to fall apart. Just when we checked in, part of the door frame on the elevator got damaged by the staff. The room also have broken wood frames and bathroom tiles are worn out and dirty COCKROACHES noted as well. .Check other hotels nearby ir ones near ALABANG TOWN CENTER. better value for money for me in comparison. The HOUSEKEEPING STAFF are the BEST though...?

The staff were nice Reign who assist us in front desk is very helpful and sweet. She made our check in and check out easy and comfortable.

I didn't like their lavatory in the kitchen and bathroom the flow of water is so slow that clogged the sink. Also the hallway going to our room smells urine I don't know if it comes from the sewage.

We had a great experience booking as a group of 6 and visiting guests. The room has a big space for a 3-bedroom unit. We had a bit of delay checking in but receptionists were apologetic about, no issue for us as we also got compensated for additional 2 hour extension for next day check out. Would definitely book here again!

Ok, very old and a bit dark

Staff are only friends to certain types of people. I’m not India. But I am brown colour so on my guest data sheet they themselves immediately put me down as Indian, based on my skin colour. However I handed over my Canada ID and passport.
