It’s beside Greenbelt (and the connecting malls), so it’s super convenient and accessible. Their restaurant, Le Feu, is also amazing and popular for their high quality unli steak. Superb customer service - from my inquiries, reservations, requests, to the little gestures such as the daily newspaper, having the free breakfast served in the room, and the calendar they gifted us for Christmas.

I always prefer that hotel at my staying in Manila, is very comfortable, without many visitors, in a central area of Makati, very near at Greenbelt, Landmark and Glorietta malls where are many choices for walk and eating..the stuff are very gently and helpful what I need.

The hotel is in very good in terms of cleanliness & Condition. All the staff have the same warmth and hospitality just like when we stayed there 3 years ago, they are so consistent. breakfast options is balanced and fulfilling. The location is very close and accessible to Ayala Center.

Stayed overnight and found the location to be excellent—very convenient and easy to access. The service was warm and professional throughout our stay. There was a small housekeeping oversight, which we mentioned at checkout, and the staff were receptive and courteous in response. Overall, a comfortable experience with great potential.

I like the artsy lobby and overall art decor, esp the leather-like wall in our room. It reminds me of a French inn we had when we were in Paris. The twin beds is so comfortable too. Its also close to Landmark for quick shopping and to grab a meal at the large food court.The only setback is the bathroom lighting could improve better. It has dark lighting and its hard to see my face on the mirror when getting my makeup.

Initially, there was an overwhelming, varnish-like smell in the room, which we reported to the staff. They checked but, for some reason, did not detect it. To their credit, they did offer to change the room. We decided instead to go out for a few hours, leaving the AC running in the hope of clearing the smell. When we returned, it was more tolerable, though it still dampened what would otherwise have been a pleasant stay.

Near a lot of traffic so all the noise comes through. Beds can be a little uncomfortable because I found they put two small begs together instead of one big king or queen bed.

Not our first time to stay. Rooms are very clean. I love the wooden floor. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Very good coffee. Food is very good. Staff are amazing as always.

The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. I also loved that I had a view from the large windows.

Voices along the hallways could be heard inside the room, especially ours (we were directly in front of the elevator). Maybe a sign to keep voices down would help.

I liked the interior of the hotel and my room, which was very classic with wooden flooring. It was kept clean and the hotel personnels were nice and very welcoming. I also liked how the hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to shopping malls.

No water on Arrival Water tank cleaning ? Note left in room no explanation at desk ! This was Just the tip of the problem ?Same Friday Night 5th-4th 25 April Hotel Fumigation Fri 11.30pm T0 1am While we were in rooms Asleep ?! Note was push under door ,the chemicals used were Toxic and Poisonous No One Should Have been in Hotel While this Fumigation was Happening !! I Have Copd Lung Disease, And Sleep with a Cpap Ventilator, This Toxic Spray was Every Where. In All Air Cond Systems ,Elevator ! The Place Smelt Of Pesticide, And I Think They Sprayed Kitchen? Even Glasses With Water Tasted Of Chemicals I was extremely Sick And Vomiting !! In morning! I Confronted Them in Morning And Explained this would be A illegal and Dangerous practice With guests Sleeping in Hotel ! While This Monthly Practice is Happening (Infestation Control Of What?? ) All I could Do Is Pack And leave in Morning ! After No One With Authority Would Talk to me Girl On Front Desk Oblivius To There Being a Problem?? With Pesticides Sprayed while people Are Sleeping in Rooms ! And A Deceptive Practice Not to Inform you on Check in!? And Push a note Under your Door! As i Would not Have Payed And Stayed In A Hotel That Was About to POISON Me !! And Ruin My Manila Stay !ASAP i was Sick and Not well, And I Am Still Feeling The Affects Of This! They did not give a Rats! I Explained to Them If there was a Infant With Respiratory Problems In Hotel, That Night They Could Have Been Far Worse Consequences?? They just don"t get It! So Would Never Ever Want Anyone to Risk Staying Here !! with these Very Dangerous OHS Practices Going On!? And How Many have Been Sick From This Careless And Ongoing OHS Nightmare There Even Poisoning There Own Staff , Working In It !! There to Scared to Say Anything For fear Of Losing There Jobs ?
