The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences Managed By Hii

The rooms are large and the restaurant is a good place to hang out.

It?s an older building and it shows signals that maintenance/renovation is due.

Room was very spacious and clean.

Breakfast not included.

Staff were attentive and accommodating.

Very respectful staff

Loved the room!! Very spacious!!! GREAT LOCATION, walking distance to anything & everything

GREAT place with wonderful people.!

Great location. Within walking distance to a beautiful park, and many restaurants. Very clean room and comfortable bed.

The room was very spacious and comfy. I like the lighting options and the fact that bottled water was provided (in glass). Of course, I needed more than one bottle and sometimes got the staff to provide them. There is also a dispenser in the gym so, go fill whatever you have up yourself. The surrounding area is great ... the staff super friendly ... all in all, an excellent stay. I was able to park the scooter that I had rented in the basement garage which was very convenient.

Nothing really. This is a great place to stay and I will be returning in a few days for another 3 nights.

The location, helpful reception stuff, the big room and bathroom, a 24-hour 7 eleven just next door as well as many restaurants within walking distance. Also a safe area.

1. The towel already hanging was dirty - big brown stains. I called housekeeping (or someone) who just said they would change it. Both the person on the phone as well as the person delivering new towels did not consider it to be a problem (e.g. by saying sorry). I consider it a management not staff issue.2. The general 2000's feeling

This was my second time staying here and I loved it just as much this time as I did the first time. Everyone is so kind and helpful and accommodating. And the rooms are so lovely and spacious and clean. I love it here!

The location very strategic to my purpose of work and leisure. The community is very nice.

Not for the property itself but the platform does not issue a proof of payment immediately after staying there is a 30 days waiting time for SI.

Location and comfortable bed.

Noise of the vicinity.

Was just there a single night so not too much feedback. The area around the hotel was nice, plenty of restaurants to try and I felt safe walking around.

Good location

No Bath and don’t like the view from window

Safe location but it is a business district so you don’t get a true sense of the city. Clean hotel room but a little dated.

The hotel caters to business travel so it did feel a little out of place as travellers.

I stayed in this establishment 13 years ago, and again, it didn’t disappoint. The large, minimalistic and bright room is exactly my cup of tea… Staff was always friendly and helpful… I’d definitely always choose this establishment when in Salcedo area.

Great gym! Room and facilities were clean

Mid size boutique hotel. Cleans and comfortable but the bed could be upgraded. My back basin tight on the 2 nd right

See above

Been visiting for ten years

Room key stopped working twice Hair in the salad in the restaurant

Very accessible and well maintained

Maybe you should improve security at night someone knocked on my door really loud as if trying to break in maybe he had the wrong room but I woke up . Around 2 am
