Lancaster Hotel Manila

Parking there is a fee; ordered two extra pillows, there is charge; they will not clean not unless you asked them.

The hotel is not really equipped for foreign tourists. There was no restaurant and the staff were not trained to provide good service. The hotel is on an extremely busy and grimy stretch of road. We had no hot water for most of our stay.

Staff was amazing

At one point only one out of three elevators worked. 1/2 hour wait for elevator.

It was a central location to everything we wanted to do!

No TV in the living room but other than that, everything was great

elevator maintenance. I think it's been a while they've been doing that. Hope they could complete maintenance the soonest for everyone's safety and convenience.

The employees were very helpful on trying to help my issues.. they were also very courteous with me..

The tub was cracked on the floor and was very week to support me standing for my shower.. the shower was not clean.. it still had hair on near the drain area.. wifi was another issue, I couldn't connect to do my work..

everything . there are already room residents who is staying, so there were noises already,,not a relaxing place to stay. the hotel has a lot of flies, even in the elevator and main lobby. they charge 200 for the parking

Location. It's along Shaw Blvd.

I was expecting a functioning kitchen but it only has set of cups, utensils and plates. Yep, no microwave nor coffee maker, definitely not a full kitchen. Good thing I am going to eat outside that night. Need to ask for electric kettle, too. Maybe I shouldn't have paid in advance so I could have asked for a different room. Everything in the room seems old/falling apart. I tried to set the shower temp to hot (the 2nd time) and it didn't work. Cannot connect to the wifi, can't switch channels on tv. Since I can't use the kitchen, I was planning on having instant noodles while I do some online classes but the Electric kettle didn't automatically turn off the first time I tried it so I just went to sleep so I can check out early the next day. The faucet and hair dryer seems like they wanted to fall off every time I touch them. Window's view not great as well. Should have gotten a cheaper room so my disappointment is justified.

Although the hotel’s restaurant wasn’t operational, its easy to buy/order food through grab/food panda. Staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful

Some rooms were rented out to foreign nationals and you can smell something pungent along the hallways. There were leaks on the ceiling and the windows facing the view outside were dirty.

We stayed for 5nights and 6days. the building it selfis old. I booked the 2 bedroom apartment.leaking air-condition, leaking toilet, refrigerator unpredictable. Smelly hallways. We didn’t attempt to go to the pool area.

Location

I booked and paid for twin beds. We got a 1 queensize. There were two of us. No, we don't want to share beds. No extra mattress. No other available rooms.Water drips beside the bed.

low pay

no concierge 24H. place is too dark.

Big room for the price, near the biggest shopping malls like Star Mall and Mega Mall. They gave me a higher floor with good view of the construction site next to the building.

There re small cockroaches running around in the room and the construction noise you can hear in day time.

Rooms are Clean and Comfy

A bit hot on the lobby due to the ongoing renovarion. If they can add a Microwave Oven on the rooms, it will be perfect

The guards are so friendly.

It's hard to book a grab driver to pick and drop in the Hotel. The one problem is traffic along Shaw Blvd.

It's just fine to have a good sleep otherwise dpnt expect. No resto and other facilities

Tv remote not functioningElevator access not good as you're not allowed to just go from floor to floor ..ex: if you are on 185h floor, and your family is on the 8th floor...you have to go all the way to ground floor and ask staff to help you get access to 8tj floor otherwise you need to ask your family member to press the elevator from 8th floor for you to get access...hassle, right?
