    • Personalized service
    • After an unexpected change of hotels, arriving at Villa Nalinnadda felt like being wrapped in a warm hug. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming — beautifully decorated for Christmas, full of festive cheer and thoughtful details. The room was stylish and comfortable, complete with tea, treats, and every comfort you could wish for. Breakfast served in bed was an absolute delight, and the included massage added an extra touch of luxury and calm. They even thought of our puppy with a blanket and dishes.A special mention to Martin, the owner, whose warmth truly made our stay memorable. His homemade mince pies and friendly conversations brought us right into the Christmas spirit — such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel at home.Exactly what we needed after the stress of changing hotels unexpectedly. This is the kind of hospitality that makes Koh Samui such a wonderful and special place. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!
    • The property was very spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully laid out. I loved my balcony which had a bathtub outside…location, and the overall amenities. The room had large glass windows that brought in great natural light, and both the bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and well maintained. The food was excellent, and I especially appreciated the breakfast system where you select your meal and preferred time the night before, and it’s delivered to your room, which felt very personalized and so convenient tbh. Most of all, i think the staff carried my whole experience for Koh Samui and the place…they were exceptional and i can’t emphasize enough….genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. They truly made the experience special. The owners were also very kind and welcoming as well. Not to mention this is an adults-only hotel which i believe this concept added to the calm, relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a beautiful, thoughtful, and memorable stay.

    Cons -

    • It rained the 3 days we were there. We weren’t able to enjoy the beach & pool like we had hoped.
    • We couldn't stay longer.
    • There were no real issues, just small details to be aware of just that there were no power sockets close to the bed, unfortunately and i was quite shy in asking if they had an extension cable or cord so this made charging my phone or iPad while in bed a bit difficult. The property is also slightly far, so guests who prefer being close to multiple attractions or nightlife may find the location less convenient…though don’t get me wrong it is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. It’s also close by to the road so you might hear cars pass by from time to time but nothing too alarming Also the property has resident cats, which I personally didn’t mind at all and actually found quite cute, but this may be something to note for guests who are not comfortable around animals. Additionally, the outdoor bathtub may be a 50/50 preference cause its lovely for a relaxing soak with swimwear while enjoying the sea view and sunset, but may not suit guests who prefer a fully private indoor bathtubs.

Very clean, comfy room. Great view & pool area.

Noisy street. I used a sound machine to sleep.

This boutique hotel is wonderful! The owners, Nokie and Martin, are so welcoming and friendly and it is very evident that they want you to have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The breakfast which is included is delicious with choices like banana pancakes, croque madame, eggs benedict, and other typical American or English fare and all Homemade! Also served with fresh fruit, coffee, fresh squeezed juice, and toast or pastry. The attached cafe serves delightful desserts and amazing lunches. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. And the service is top notch! If you want a quiet romantic getaway or just a trip with friends, this property is a definite must!❤️

    Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was excellent, big variety to choose from every day. The cats were very cute and friendly, good daily dose of positivity. 7/11 is across the street to grab drinks and snacks at any time. Facilities are clean and the poolside is so nice! Thank you for having us

The door from the bathroom to the balcony didn't close properly and it got very humid in the bathroom sometimes.

    9DavidPosted on: 9-25-2025

The breakfast was "à la carte" and served in the bedroom which was very nice. The room with full sea view was awesome and its bathroom was vary large and super well appointed. Overall the hotel is re<lly nice and the host was amazing.

Perfect location and gorgeous setting! Super convenient being across the street from a 7-11 too! The service staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, especially Audi. We also loved Nokie and Martin, the hotel owners, who remembered our personal information and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of the entire time. We loved the included breakfast, which was served on our room's balcony. You could choose from Thai and other breakfast options, and every single day offered a new delicious meal. The beach view from the hotel was gorgeous, and the pool should not be underestimated. We very much enjoyed this hotel and would definitely recommend it!

The toilet didn’t have a door to close it off from the rest of the room for privacy.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, lovely pool and access to the sea. Staff were very friendly and we loved seeing the little cats around! Would highly recommend.

There’s not a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Check in was smoothRoom was clean and spacious with an incredible view Quiet and peaceful, many restaurants close by. Hired a scooter from reception with ease. Breakfast was great and served in the room.

    No complaints.

    8CharlottePosted on: 4-20-2025

It was right on the beach which is lovely. They bring breakfast to your room every morning which is a nice touch.

Being so close to the road it can be quite noisy and you do have to use taxis or scooter to get to restaurants and bars in the evening but if you want somewhere laid back this is for you.

    10TamaraPosted on: 4-6-2025

Beautiful property, beautiful rooms, amazing view, nice pool, delicious breakfast and super helpful and friendly staff. Our most favorite part; the cats :D

The beach around the property is not really good for swimming. Rent a scooter and check out the area, there are a lot of other options.

    10GeorginaPosted on: 3-27-2025

What a spectacular hotel. The owners and staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a beautiful cat visit our balcony which added to our last night of the holiday. Food was outstanding and rooms were very tastefully decorated. Location was out of this world and the pool and view were outstanding. Only wish we were staying for more than one night ?

    10ZoePosted on: 3-24-2025

We stayed for two nights here and found everything perfect, including one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever stayed, service, the spa, and the amazing breakfast!

Overrated Hotel. Pros:- Great room. Big, clean, beautiful, with TV and amazing view. Absolutely quiet. Very clean.- The grounds are well looked after. Pool is nice, lawn is watered, everywhere is clean, kitties are fed and look happy. - Allowed to check in early.- Breakfast is brought to the room by the time chosen.- 7-11 across the street.- There is a restaurant and cafe in the hotel (do not recommend, wrote on google maps why exactly).Cons:- The water pressure in the bathroom was so weak it took a very long time to fill the tub. - Did not like the sunbed area. First of all, on the beds themselves is very uncomfortable to lie on your stomach, in the chest painfully rests some plate. Some beds are broken. And also sunbeds are located so unsuccessfully that after 16-00 they one by one begin to be in the shade. From the sunbeds can not see the sea, because right in front of the sunbeds for some reason planted trees ...- The organization of breakfast is bad. Firstly, we felt not cozy when the owner of the hotel sat with us and helped us to fill in a leaflet with the breakfast menu, which we had to order in advance. For some reason we had to fill out the orders on the same sheet with different pencils, even though we could have used two sheets. For the sake of saving money? Don't make me laugh =) All would be nothing, but in the end for breakfast instead of banana pancakes I got scrambled eggs with tomatoes. They also don't have espresso and the coffee is very mediocre. Breakfast was a failure =(- So of course the beach. For some reason no one writes about it, but the beach in front of the villa is not cleaned and the exit to it is on the side of the villa. There is no sea - there is a very shallow sea creek, which is almost not washed, so the water in it is very warm and dirty. It is good that there is a swimming pool, but you come for the sea, don't you?

    10MariaPosted on: 3-2-2025

This property is stunning. Beautiful rooms and views. Breakfast perfect, you can choose different things every day and they bring it to your balcony. The view from our penthouse was amazing. The hotel itself is right by the ocean. Personnel is super, friendly and helpful. Organizing everything if you ask, trips, taxis etc.If you have to name some small minus, for me the street was a bit loud during night and morning, so good earplugs needed. And the bed was slightly hard so had some backpain. The toilet has no door, and the shower is outside with no door either, so If you are a bit shy , you might want to ask your friend not to look or listen ?. And we kept the lights out of the shower room when showering in the evening. There are not many shops or restaurants nearby, since it is a residential area. So you might need to take a grab when going out eating . But there is luckily a 7eleven right across the street. If you arrive late ( the kitchen closes early in the hotel ) and want just to take some light dinner, they will heat you some fried rice and toasts at 7eleven.

Had an amazing gateway, the owner (Martin) was very nice.If you looking for something quiet, this hotel is the best. 7 eleven across from the hotel, there is few restaurant 2 to 7 minutes walking. Less then 10 minutes to Lumai (where theres many restaurants)
