Staff was friendly

Rooms are inadequate and in need of renovation. Noisy hallways where every sound resonates.

Location

They keep 1,000 baht for deposit but don’t want to give it back if you lost your copy. But they have their copy?! Crazy practice, not honest. Eventually got it back but ruined the experience.

Hotel itself is great. Nice beds, clean and as good as new.

The hotel's handling of our reservation and subsequent stay was highly unprofessional. Upon arrival, we were immediately told our booked and prepaid room was unavailable, presenting only two options: upgrade or leave. When questioned about the overbooking, the receptionist revealed that the issue was only for the second night, not the first - information that should have been disclosed upfront.Instead of proactively offering a reasonable solution (like a single night upgrade), they insisted on charging an upgrade fee for both nights despite only one night being affected. This felt deliberately misleading and showed poor customer service.The situation worsened when we needed to extend our stay. Despite paying the upgrade fee, they attempted to charge an additional 300 baht over the previously quoted rate (from 1400 to 1700 baht), with no justification for the price increase. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and inconsistent pricing policy reflect poorly on the hotel's management (fyi the maids did an excellent job). What could have been easily resolved with straightforward communication and reasonable solutions was turned into an unnecessarily complicated and unpleasant experience for guests.

Clean and nice pool area

Nothing air con was really nice and cold staff were nice and the club sandwich by the pool was really tasty 10/10

The pool area is lovely and staff welcomed us with a welcome drink. It has a lovely restaurant next door called Kai’s bar. It is a quiet location but you can walk down to the town.

For the value of money we spent it wasn’t worth it. They pushed 2 single bed together leaving the plug sockets in between us and the headboard was nailed to the wall further away. The hotel restaurant is expensive for what you get. There are LOADS of mosquitos because of the gap between the door and window and the room walls were covered in dead mosquitos. The curtains were stained. It didn’t feel very clean.

Lovely location, only a few minutes walk to Main Street with loads of bars and restaurants.Rooms are spacious with balcony or ground floor patio. We had room overlooking the pool so very quiet. We asked to be moved from our ground floor room as quite a few flies and mosquitoes, the staff were fantastic, not a problem and was moved to 1st floor. We also now had a view of the sea.Pool bar open everyday with a happy hour. Booked a tour to pig island at the hotel, no issues.Very friendly staff.

The room was spacious so could unpack the suitcase and relax. The bed was 2 singles pushed together which wasn’t ideal but was comfortable enough. It had air conditioning which worked well.The hotel pool area was great and the hotel was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and convenience stores.Please note they only allow you to have one key so you cannot charge your devices unless you’re in the room.

Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, swimming pool area was nice and staff were friendly.

Location isn’t great. It’s at the top of a hill and about a ten minute walk to the main area of Lamai / beach etc. No shop nearby for water etc. there is however a good restaurant on the main road / next door to the hotel (Kai’s)

It's good centered, there is everything you need around the resort. Lots of restaurants, the beach, bike rental... I would come back !

Location. Close to beach and town

The view from my room was onto a parking area. No balcony. However I did spot some lovely rooms with balconies over looking the pool, so I should’ve picked one of those. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

Little bit dated, just didn’t really love Lamai beach not necessarily the hotel.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The location is great, Lamai is laid back but has lots to do, many gyms for training muay thai and beautiful food. There also seemed to be lots of nightlife, if that's what you're after! Just up the road from the beach too.

No negative points, lovely stay. The beds are firm, but I was more than happy with them!

The staff were very helpful in everything. Really friendly and professional.The property is well maintained and clean. The deluxe room with balcony is definitely worth it :)I wanted to stay longer but they were full.Highly recommended.

The location was ok, close to the Hin Yai and Hin Ta rocks. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.The staff were very polite and friendly.  Unfortunately our room faced the busy main road and we found it noisy. I would not recommend the Standard rooms for this reason. The Superior rooms face the pool/ocean and had a balcony. That would be my preference if we were to return. The pool is large and had plenty of sun beds. It even had a pool bar for drinks and light snacks. There was also a gym for those die hards who still look after their health. ? Plenty of parking space if you self drive or hiring transportation during your stay.

Quite a walk from main street and beach but 100tbh in an open taxi, well worth ,could do with a light above sink for shaving

Amazing pool, great gym, really friendly staff. Room was cleaned thoroughly everydya and restocked. good location for Lamai but we could also drive to other areas of Koh Samui

Asked for a 3000 baht deposit for the room which we felt was quite a lot
