There was great wifi in my room. Since I was working while staying there, this was a big deal.

There is a gym but it's little more than an area with some equipment

High quality at an affordable price.

Very far and always requires taxi transport to get anywhere.

View is good if you have a balcony towards the ocean

Location. No beach most of the day due to tides - much worse than most places in Samui. Nothing around. Big internet issues. Very slow restaurant. Untrained staff

The view from the lanai was amazing! Very quiet and peaceful.

The are so many stairs to get to the restaurant. And it gets slippery after the rain. If you have any mobility issues, this is probably not the best place. They do have room service and the food was good. Shower was moldy. The electricity went out almost every night.

Tiny villa bungalow, steep trail to restaurant, mosquitoes. Isolated location. Beach not swimmable at low tide and devoid of fish and marine life. Got charged VAT tax, and service charges for meals and drinks. Additional 3% credit card charge at checkout.

The service was excellent, the staff is lovely and ready to help at any moment. We booked tours and a ferry through them, everything was organized and on time. On the last day, the staff arranged for us to check out late so we could get everything done. The rooms are spacious and the sea view is lovely.

Although there was a thorough cleaning every day, there were ants in the rooms. Some of the beds were comfortable and some were not. You have to take into account that there are a lot of stairs going down to the sea and to breakfast. The location in Lamai is isolated and far from the entertainment centers on the island.

Not close to anything...the restaurant is a downhill walk of about 50 stairs. The pool is extremely deep...not safe for children and non swimmers.

Long way out from town and no complimentary shuttle. Transport is expensive.Not suitable for people who are not very mobile as their are no lifts and the pool area and restaurant is down a steep unsteady hill.Getting out of the hotel area also means a climb to the top of a steep hill

This place left an unforgettable impression on me. I felt so peaceful during my stay. Everything was impressive—from the friendly staff and delicious food to the magical beach villa I stayed in. I truly love it here and will absolutely come back again!

if you're looking for quiet and relaxation, this is the perfect resort for you. The rooms are as described, the pool is small but very adequate for the number of guests. if you rent a motorbike (300 baht a day) you have the freedom to travel and check out the other resorts. It's worth noting, if you need coffee to start your day off, they only offer instant coffee, although if you pay more you can get a 'machine made' coffee, but even that is not great. The staff are lovely. The beach is not great for walking, bring your beach shoes, but there are gorgeous beaches nearby. There was one day there weren't enough lounge chairs for all the guests, but its not a big deal. It is a charming resort. Yes, the pool and restaurant are beach level and there are stairs. but the stairs are not treacherous. Staff are friendly and at times apologetic for hidden costs. Remarkably few creepie crawlies and mossies, but there is bug spray handy. Wifi is a bit iffy but i would imagine that's an island issue, not the resort's. Hot water is a bit hit and miss as well. You dont really swim in the ocean tide is pulled way back but you can walk to the rocks and get great pictures.We had a great stay.

The fitness room consists of a boxing/punching bag (but no gloves), ropes, small handweights and that's it. The lack of coffee was unfortunate as well.

This rugged oasis is a gem! Calm, quiet, off the beaten track. Stunning views, with direct access to the beach. Staff make this 5* experience; attentive, helpful & welcoming. Even surprised our daughter on her 10th with a cake & sang to her. The food blew us away, every meal delicious & presented beautifully. A good mix of traditional/western cuisine. We have since travelled to Phuket & Bangkok, but we keep comparing our experiences to Cinnamon resort, Koh Samui. Would highly recommend, perfect for families & those wanting a more laid back environment.

Excellent location. Quiet and peaceful. You need a motorbike here. Breakfast was a little basic but enough. Service was really excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. I started off in the room next to the kitchen and was able to upgrade to a top floor apartment. What a difference !

The view over the bay was exceptional and eating our meals next to the ocean was very relaxing. I loved the room we had, the pool area was great with plenty of places to sit/lie back and relax and the staff were super kind, friendly and very helpful. We were provided with free bottled water every day in addition to our regular room supplies.

I didn't like that there weren't any screens on the door for the mosquitos or a mosquito net for the bed, so we used air conditioning more than we wanted to.It's not suitable for anyone with severe health issues as the steps to climb to the pool and restaurant are steep
