Location is great! Fantastic pool. Great Beach.

The hotel looks and feels tired and needs a lot of updating.

Great view, good location for beach relax and hang out. Far from street and quiet.

No water boiler. Room is smelly, wall cannot screen noise from a noisy neighbors.

No elevator. If you stay on the 3rd floor it is tiring.

My visit started badly. The toilet seat in my room was old, not yellow but brown. It did look clean but it just seemed bad. I put up with it for a couple of days but I was just not enjoying the place. I went to complain and the toilet seat was replaced very quickly. Suddenly the place looked nice, I enjoyed my stay. Just a simple thing can ruin your experience, that toilet seat should have been replaced months ago.

the first night I came there was a really nice lady at the reception she helped me a lot and really tried her best in whatever questions I had.the room was clean and the bathroom as wellthe black worked perfectly and the pool in front of the sea was great.I didn’t use it but I sat beside it to eat some of my breakfasts.was very quiet and peaceful

not much actually, a very nice place maybe the fact that there wasn’t any elevator was a bit uncomfortable but I got through it

Very poor Wi-Fi. The pool was really poor . Broken tiles. it was not clean. the shower trays were really dirty. This was a big disappointment for me as I preferred the pool to the beach. I would not recommend anyone going in.

Room very good and nice balcony overlooking the beach. Quiet but hardly anyone in the hotel.

Facilities not yet opened. Pool a bit tired, sunbeds, gym, table tennis closed.No kettle in room.Beach bar not as good or cheap as the Bamboo bar next to it.

The location is great, close to the beach and the Main Street. The rooms are a good size. The water dispenser (has cold and boiling water) is good!?

Only one plug socket worked which was an issue and the shower was poor - it was intermittently hot and a very weak trickle of water.

The Beach was beautiful and there were enough beach beds. The location of the hotel is also good, right in the middle of Lamai and close to the hotspots. We had a problem with the first room we got but after a longy discussion with the not english speaking receptionist we were offered another room.

The water in our first room was not running. I the rare occasions of it running it was brown and dirty and smelly. We were not able do shower or to use the water to brush our teeth. Also our door wouldn't look and was not sealing tight, so at night mosquitos got in. It took the receptionist, which was not speaking english, 2 days to fix this issue by giving us new rooms. On day 1 she told us, she will get someone to fix the door and the water supply, but she didn't so we had to shower in another, empty hotel room. I had to really push the idea of giving us other rooms, so she called the manager. We were able to change rooms the next day. But in the end I had to deal with this issue for 2 days during my vacation.
