The hotel is excellent. Best value for money. Lamai is very busy though and we would have preferred a quieter spot. Nevertheless, if you like being central and close to everything this is a good choice!

The hotel was great. Not sure we loved Samui but would recommend the hotel.

Everything was perfect.Huge rooms and beds, located in the center of Lamai 20 seconds from the beach, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and massages.Very quiet hotel with positive and smiling staff that are always ready to help.2 big swimming pools and great design (A lot of green and plants all over the place).Great experience!

Rooms were a good size, staff were friendly, the breakfast was a great selection buffet.

The pool could do with some repairs. Tiles lifted could be a hazard. Tired looking. The pool and pool bar closes too early.

Swim up pool was excellent, location perfect, amenities really good and breakfast was great also

Quiet, yet close to everything you needed. Relaxing, good amount of sunbeds. Good range of food at breakfast and good quality too.

Levels of steps around the area made it hard for someone with accessibility issues. Getting in and out of pool was tricky at times and floor levels in pool were also an issue. Wood got very hot around the pool area.

Breakfast was alright but mostly option for eggs. Been to other hotels in Thailand where the selection and quality for breakfast was better

The hotel is great located and clean. The facilities are good, the room was big and well equipped. The only thing to consider is that if the room is facing the main street, then it is very loud and noisy at night due all the pubs and restaurants. Other than that- this was a great experience.

We loved the pool access but the big pool felt colder than the other one. The garden was nice.

Very nice hotel located in a quiet part of Lamai beach with nearby restaurants, shops and whatever you may need. You can enjoy 2 swimming pools and we liked especially the one with more plants and greenery around it due to the natural shade. The room's size was very spacious and this exceeded our expectations. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was various and delicious. Thanks.

The only thing we didn't like is that it was hardly to find a place near the pool as the guests were covering the sunbeds from the early morning and just left them empty for later usage. We don't support this practice even though is met in many hotels.

The location of the hotel was very good for us, close to the beach, close to the shops, restaurants, night markets, but still aside from the big road. We got a room in the ground floor close to the entrance, in front of reception.So we were a little bit concerned that it might be too loud, but it turned out to be fine.The territory of the hotel is green, clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. The room was also clean and had everything you need. Minus one point for the condition of the room, it needs renovation, especially bathroom.We didn't book breakfast but we passed the restaurant every morning at breakfast times and from what we saw there I don't think we missed much. All in all, good experience, I recommend.

Airport pick up worked perfectly, two nice pools, pool sunbeds old but enough quantity. breakfast nothing outstanding, almost no options for vegans. some rooms are older than others and don't look modern and new anymore. beach available entry from the property. location nice, many restaurants & shops around, the sea night market directly on the other side.

The breakfast missed cheeses which we usually use to have. In general the breakfast was very modest for us so we went outside.

The location is amazing. Although is not on the first line to the beach, it is really easy and 2 min walk to get there. The place is great, clean and comfortable. Good showers, nice bath at the balcony, spacious room. Cordial and nice staff! Breakfast was tasty and have enough food diversity.

Some equipment at the gym did not work. There was no water at the gym which is open (very hot). So a suggestion to maintain it better and providing water. Everything else was just perfect!

Perfect location to explore Lamai beach and lots of restaurants to choose from. Excellent resort with two pools and 2 minutes to the beach. Fabulous breakfast, egg station, mix of western and Thai and changes daily. Great coffee! Clean rooms and in all common spaces. Rooms made up early in the day, often while we were at breakfast. Firm beds, mattress topper available if you need softer. Friendly staff.

Size of room, there was a lot of space. Great Thai restaurant across from the hotel.

Staff not very helpful. I put in a request when booking which they claimed they had never received. I would have understood that they could not comply with the request due to whatever reason, but stating that they have not received it, is very unprofessional.Lower pool access room very dark, feels like a basement room, damp on top, not recommendable.No soap in the bathroom - and that after what we all went through with COVID. Shower amenities were supplied though. Not enough sunbeds by the pool, at times difficult to get a sunbed in the mornning.

Good location, value for money, comfy and clean, good zone for city, staff are good service
