the room we chose was right on the beach with a small infinity pool - it was amazing; the new year's eve fireworks on the beach were fabulous - great experience

the new year's eve party was a little odd in that there was no dancing; however, it was quite lovely with all the kids around - net net it worked; the beach was a little rough but, hey, it was beautiful

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay feel very comfortable from the first moment. We really loved the rooms and the overall premises — everything is beautifully designed in an authentic old Asian/Thai style. If you appreciate this kind of atmosphere, you will absolutely enjoy this hotel.Breakfasts were simply amazing — very delicious, fresh, and varied — and having breakfast with an ocean view made the experience even more special. The hotel has a stunning infinity pool, and the view from the bathroom directly overlooking the swimming pool was a lovely detail.The location is also excellent: once you step outside, there are many shops and stores nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance.

There was nothing we didn’t like — everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The location was excellent and the resort itself is beautiful. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The on-site bar and restaurant offered good food along with stunning views. You can really tell they put a lot of thought and effort into creating a wonderful guest experience, from the beautiful photo spots to the themed activity nights. I especially loved the plunge pool. Would definitely stay here again!

The only small complaint was that the lighting in the room was quite dim, which made it a bit difficult to do makeup or hair. However, this was very minor and didn’t take away from our overall experience.

The hotel is lovely and upgraded us due to a honeymoon to a jacuzzi suit which was amazing! We loved it! The staff was great, especially Tiger - always asked us if everything is fine and helped us with every problem.The beach was very convenient, and the food at the restaurant was very tasty and had great variety!

The rooms are still locked with a key and not a card.Also, the bed was stiff and not quite comfortable, we got back pain from that :(

Slightly dear

The location, the stuff, the beach everything was amazing. The hotel is just 2 minutes walking to the Lamai night market with lots of restaurants nearby.Very highly recommended!

An amazing hotel on the most beautiful beach and right next to many great restaurants, bars, massages, night market, etc (and yet the hotel area is very quiet).The staff are absolutely amazing! Kind and so helpful!Beautiful infinity pool!Great breakfast!We loved everything about this hotel and looking forward to come back!

When we arrived we were told we had to pay extra to have the sofa bed made up in our room for our daughter. When booking we had booked the room for 2 adults and a child so didn’t expect to be charged an additional amount on arrival. I’m not sure if this is the fault of the hotel or Booking.com.

The hotel has the best location in Lamai beach with amazing views from the restaurant and pools. Sunbeds right on the door.Fantastic breakfast. The staff at the restaurant are lovely. Great facilities.

For a 4/5 stars hotel, as other comments, it’s a bit run down inside the rooms. The Air conditioner needs updating as it’s old and very noisy at night. It needs more lights, the room feels dark and a bit of a renovation with painting etc.

Great location, staff were helpful and put on an extra mattress topper for me as I was worried they would be hard like some of the hotels in SEA, nice pool area and nice to have access to the beach. Breakfast was really good

We stayed in the part across the road which if we were to come again we wouldn’t stay there as the two flights of stairs daily just wasn’t ideal also it was the only hotel where staff didn’t help us with our bags which in this case would’ve been nice as there are no lift options over this side . The thing that prevents me from staying here again is the noise at night from the night market ( which is great and is nice to have close by) but it takes away the “luxury” feel from the hotel as there was loud blasting music till 12am every night.

Perfect location and very nice staff. Everything is close and yet it is quiet.

Hotel vibes give u depression.Aged hotel and room stuff are look used and not clean and seems never renewed any stuff since long time.No hot waterAC is horrible WIFI not working probably and very slow if finally work.Design of the room is so weird and ugly.Room finishes look very cheap and u don’t even feel u are in hotel 2 star.

Everything. The staff were exceptional, perfectly positioned. On the beach at the better end of Lamai. The food was better than most.

The grand villas were the best. Interconnected with other villas made it perfect for friends. All staff from the cleaners, bar staff and restaurant staff went above and beyond. Always on top of making sure that everyone was looked after.
