Thai House Beach

Location was great, staff was friendly and always looking to help. Room were clean and everything felt safe.

I’ll start of by saying the room was amazing, spacious for all three of us, smart tv, AC, balcony and very comfortable beds. Pool, breakfast and beach area was great too! A lot of sun beds, umbrellas and little table for your phone or any beverages. Waitresses came to the beach area for any food/drink order which was very convenient. And also- the best beach we’ve seen so far in kho Samui

I didn’t like at the property that it want very vegetarian friendly. I am vegetarian and the egg (that had topping including ham) that was cooked every morning was made at the same pan as all the other eggs including the ones that was mixed with ham. I couldn’t really find my way there since I also eat gluten free so we went out every morning for breakfast. Also, our room was very close to the road and they had construction there which was lound on day time if we wanted to rest.. besides this two things we lived our stay there and would love to go back:)

Location, staff,beach view

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. Although there were renovations during our stay, we were upgraded to a villa for free as compensation which I consider the gold standard of service. The rooms were spotless, and the resort had a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

The restaurant is basic and overly expensive. The Wednesday BBQ was a disappointing experience; we couldn't sit on the beach, and the portions were small and overpriced. I'd recommend going outside for food.

Breakfast is brilliant: a very wide choice of western and thai foods. Rooms are nice - we had a garden villa which was very spaciousreally friendly manager and all other staff were really nice too

The location was good

The staff were arrogant and unhelpful. The air-conditioning broke down and they changed our room at 2am. No water hose and the room was drab.

Breakfast was OK not your big hotel offering but an agreeable selection. The pool was great and had some shade which is needed. The beach area was excellent but you could get burned under the umbrellas so slip slop slap. The mojitos were the best tasted all holiday. Just yum.

It's not a large property so not a lot of space around the pool area and a few tacky things like old flags strung between trees etc just don't add anything except clutter. Kitchen areas behind bar etc windows could do with a deep clean.

The rooms are spacious, the pool area is lovely with plenty loungers.

Location is fantastic by the beach and also very close to restaurants, night market etc.Tote bag with beach towels inside was very handy.Cozy pool area with lots of free sunbeds.Breakfast was good with egg station.Private Thai style villa with sea view was lovely.

Reception staff very friendly.Comfortable beds.Close to restaurants and evening market.Located on nice beach.

Rooms could benefit from an update.Some rooms are situated in an area where less daylight enters.Breakfast basic.

We were made to feel extremely welcome from the moment we arrived. The pool area - surrounded by palm trees - is idyllic with direct access to it's own stretch of beach. In short, a little piece of paradise.The breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection of high quality food to choose from. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and we were always greeted with a happy, smiling face.Highly recommended and somewhere we would love to visit again.

The property was great - happy hour could have been better and getting offered drinks around the pool - along with actually doing something about those that liked to put there towels around the pool and then not sit on them .. more non smoking areas

The location was excellent, right on the beach but in the middle of town near restaurants and shops.The staff were great. They were friendly, very helpful, kind and gracious. Breakfast was good. A beach barbecue with a fire show was very enjoyable.To their great credit, this Hotel does not allow people to reserve sun beds all day by putting a towel down and then leaving for hours. This is an increasing problem in many places, especially by Russians. At this hotel, though ,after 1/2 hour with no occupants the towel and any personal stuff are removed so someone else can use the sunbed. Thank you!!

The bathroom is in desperate need of renovation. A foul order from the septic system permeates the room. In addition a ventilation fan was installed poorly with open gaps to the outside allowing mosquitoes to enter. To keep the mosquitoes out of the bedroom we kept the door to the bathroom closed. This turned the bathroom into a foul-smelling sauna, as the air conditioning was only in the bedroom. This horrible bathroom was really a negative for us!They only served breakfast from 7am to 9am. If you wanted to sleep in you missed breakfast.

The staff was really nice. The location is perfect! Next to the night market, quiet place, nice breakfast, the sea view is wonderful.

the poor fishes ? in the little pools, please take them out of there and put fake fish. It’s awful to go through there every time and to see this big fishes ? in this small pools.

Perfectly located, lots of accessible bars, restaurants and just a short walk from the Lamai night market which is fabulous. Breakfast was good, very comfortable beds with decent pillows, staff were extremely helpful. Reserving of Sunbeds was not allowed :) ?Parking is available. Very helpful booking our boat to other islands. Overall very good and would definitely return!

We were charged THB 300 ++ for a Hong Thong (local rum/whisky) when everyone else charges between 100-120THB :(
