Rooms were big, facilities were nice

The rooms were dirty, the closets smelled like mold, and many insects were in the room when we came.

Amazing resort, super friendly staff. clean and fancyvery quiet. Great pool villas and restaurant!

Location is far from Lamai center. Need transporation to Popular Beaches or Markets

Great rooms, very nice staff and an amazing restaurant.

The only downside is that there is not really access to the sea due to low tide the water is 500m away.

The suite size was very spacious. Complimentary toiletries were very good quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant (Yo and Jae). Breakfast/dinner was very good quality. Gowns and slippers great quality. Own pool was lovely size. Communal pool and area very attractive and clean. The location is remote, great if you're looking for peace and quiet. Access to kayaks and yoga mats was nice. We were there during songkran and were gifted water pistols and treats which was a nice touch: they also held a celebratory ceremony.

Experience slightly tainted by being charged about £8 for a glass (toothbrush holder) that broke, which seemed excessive. Needed more coat hangers, we sort of lived out of the case. Put up additional bed was really very hard. Access to the beach is tide dependent. Seals on doors etc were not great and mosquitos were quite present due to tropical nature of surroundings.

Very relaxing, nice get away with my wife. The staff were so friendly and very welcoming. We loved it and will come back again.

If you don’t drive or ride a scooter, it’s a canny walk to 7 eleven haha but a 20mins walk will burn that cheese toasty off well.

Such a secluded and private villa, total privacy, very peaceful and quiet, the room and bathroom were huge, amazing amenities in the room, the outside area is the stand out for me, lots of cosy seating areas outside by the pool and beautiful greenery around it. You get great room service, very detailed and decent menu to choose from, the free breakfast was excellent, the hotel itself is stunning, right by the beach, main pool area is vast with very comfy seating everywhere, the decor is a standout as well, staff everywhere were welcoming and friendly, you can communicate to them easily on WhatsApp if you need anything

Drinks service to the room would take a while and there is lots of misinformation in the hotel from room service card in the room to menus you get given electronically via whatsapp ti reception to the hard copies in the restaurant very strange so just to be aware of that, I'd say food and drinks menus are quite overpriced generally speaking. You get bugs, wasps and geckos coming in quite a bit too. Location is quite isolating. Bed is not the comfiest.

The villa is amazing. There is a private pool, the rooms is spacious and the bathroom is huge. It was always clean and super quiet, you almost feel you have the resort all to yourself. The hotel's pool is very big and the beach is nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful and always attentive to us. Especially Kaow, he is so nice and thoughtful!! You can rent a Moto directly at the reception and they bring it there, very convenient. They have juice and fruit everyday at the reception for free, to take to the room if you want. It's really nice.

The bed is a bit uncomfortable because it sunks a lot. Also the breakfast was a bit confusing because in the first 2 days of our stay, we could order up to 3 dishes from the menu (included in our breakfast) besides the normal stuff that were displayed. On the other 2 days, we could only order eggs (different types, to our choosing) and also the normal stuff displayed.

Room was stunning, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We loved our room and private pool so much we wanted to stay around it.

Location a little off the beaten track but fantastic if you want a peaceful break

Breakfast was included but only continental. Frankly I have had better breakfast at a holiday inn for half the price. We eventually found out eggs could be made for us from another guest. We were not informed of this. They need to improve this.

Bit isolated from the local nightlife 20mins on a scooter to find anything, looks like the resort is undergoing some updates after the storms so beach section wasn't really usable

Loved the entryway and the villa itself, beautiful pool and comfortable bed.

The villa was lovely! It was so spacious, clean and luxurious. We really got the rest we needed in this villa and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved having our own pool and our own space there.

The accommodation is a bit isolated, which meant we couldn’t easily access restaurants or supermarkets. Also, all the facilities in the hotel were closed (the pool, the restaurant and the beach) which meant that we only had our private accommodation to enjoy. I was sad that there was nothing there for us on the beach, unlike the pictures showed us. The pool was also extremely dirty, it’s filter system was not on, so when we arrived it was filled with dead bugs and leafs. But luckily they came to clean it (after we asked), everyday.

This place will be absolutely amazing once all the building work is done and the restaurant is open. The pool villas are luxurious. And would be perfect for a quiet getaway. Breakfast in the villa was absolutely perfect.

Avoid this property until all the upgrade is done. Lots of drilling , hammering etc all day. Some days we couldn’t sit around the pool area. Also bedding needed to be changed - stayed a week and never had it changed. Pillows smelt. Extremely bad drainage in the villa. Needed somewhere to hang wet clothes outside. Too much greenery around the pool area.

Floating breakfast was fantasy. Extra credit for supercomfortable mattress. Excelllent design private pool villa. Staff service was superp.

The resort is under renovation and the central swiimming pool and common areas are not utilizable. The location is a bit isolated need a car for transportation.

The kind employees, how we got surclassed in a family villa because of the inconviences of the renovation.

Loved the villa especially the pool was very spacious and good value for money. The staff are so lovely.

The power went off during the night there was no communication for when it’ll be back on. Our internet stopped working and it took a few hours for someone to come fix it. It’s also a bit far from Main Street you’d have to hire a scooter.

20 mosquito in the Villa at check in .Breakfast not much choice and mostly missing items. Gym , can not even call a gym . No restaurant in the Resort . No restaurants around the hotel . Hotel is not on Lamai beach .Beach cant use for Swim .

Great villa, food delivered to the room (breakfast), the room is really nice great if you want a really affordable private room.

The staff were not around, they did not speak English but we were able to communicate with them using google translate they were otherwise very friendly. The breakfast was delivered to the room so you cannot pick the quantity, no resting in the hotel.
