Andakiri Pool Villa Panoramic Sea View

The buffet breakfast had lots of selection and I didn’t notice any flies or bugs as other commenters suggested. The view from units is phenomenal. Staff were very kind and helpful. We stayed 8 days, I could’ve stayed 80.

The resort can be somewhat inaccessible as the hill is quite steep and many Grab drivers will not take you up the whole way. There is a shuttle every two hours to accommodate for this. We found if we walked down and planned to take a shuttle back, that offered some flexibility. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and found the food to be mediocre.

Excellent facilities. The view from the room was incredible and the room itself was clean, modern and had the private pool. Could not recommend enough.

Mini bar wasn't topped up. It's up a steep hill. The motorbike tuk tuk won't take you home because they can't get up the hill. Quite a way from the resort. Can't walk to the resort. They provide a free bus but only goes every 2 hours. Costs to go at other times.

Property has an amazing view. Sea view from each room. Staff is very humble.

It is difficult to access the beach area. However, there are hotel’s shuttle bus to send the guests. Some cars cannot climb up the mountain then you may need to call the hotel staff to pick you up at the main gate downhill.

It has a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains. The staff are helpful and obliging.

It is on top of a hill. Taxis and tour operators do not go up to the villas as it is a steep road to the villa. We need the complimentary transport provided by the villa to send us downhill. However if we need to go any other place, outside the schedule of the complimentary trip, you need to pay to use the villas transport. In the end, we rented motorbikes to bring us around.

Overall, I would stay again (only if I want the pool). Personal pool was amazing (it’s not heated, so that was unfortunate since it was cold when we came). Nice option if you want to be there most of the time and away from the crowds and noise of Ao Nang. Their tvs had Netflix and Amazon prime (you need an account). Shuttle service was nice (free when you use the scheduled times - see photo), but also easy to call and ask for personal shuttles (see photo for cost).

Wish we brought more cash to be prepared to ask the local taxis to take us back to our property. Grabs (for transportation) do not like going up there so it was hard to find one. Hotel seemed a little outdated. The bathroom had hard water stains on the shower head and handles. Cabinets and tiles look like they need to be replaced. Free water situation was a little confusing. The staff was nice and friendly. The only staff I did not appreciate was the guy who checked us out. I brought up a tag for laundry we did and he added it to the total bill/tab we already had. He did not seem to have a good way to validate if it was a double charge. He went to our room to do a quick sweep of whether or not we used the mini bar/other damage (understandable). However, I did not appreciate how long it took since it seemed like he was doing more inspection than necessary. It was annoying since it was early in the morning and we left the place visibly clean.

Spaciuos villa with pool and beautiful view. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. After check we could left the luggage untill our flight.

Breakfast options was sad. For four people we get only one key. It’s not about the villa, but it is on hill and not every taxi or bolt takes you up to the mountain.

The view was amazing , and the staff was super nice, they change the beddings and towels every day. the staffs helped us to rent motor cykles.

The best view and away from the hassle of the tourist strip.

I won'y like to walk up and down the drive way, but the shuffle bus is a winner.

Breathtaking views. Beautiful villa. Staff are amazing, can’t do enough for you. Helped us order a takeaway to eat in our Villa one night. Pool is so clean, whole villa is immaculate. Free shuttle into town too which was just brilliant. We order a floating pool breakfast and it did not disappoint. Yummy! Definitely won’t forget this stay. Thank you.

Nothing. It’s amazing!

The view from the balcony pool was amazing. The rooms have everything you would need and the staff were very helpful. The free shuttle bus down to the front was really useful and completely negates the issues of location.

Probably more bugs than a usual hotel but to be expected being that high up - not a huge issue though.

Great view, service, and breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing shuttle service whenever required. Pool was clean and the view was amazing. Had great breakfast on Day 2 but not sure if it was because there were less occupants or if we went down late on Day 3, only set breakfast was available. It was nice nevertheless. Beach towels are provided.

Bath towels smelled old and musky. Water pressure was weak and the shower alternates between very hot and freezing cold. Didn't help that it was cold and raining the few days we were there. The water from the bathroom tap was trickling so we had to use the kitchen tap. There are two to three flight of steep stairs to access the villa from the ground level. The villa is also located on a steep slope that not all Grab drivers can access. There were a few times we had to ask the hotel to send us to the main entrance/back to the room (dark and secluded with only a sign leading up to the villa) cos our Grab couldn't go up.

The advantage of the villa is just the view.

- The room's furniture is quite old & the towels provided have a stinky smell.- Lots of mosquitoes especially at night.- staff wasn't being helpful when I tried to order the in-house meals. Instead she asked me to order through grab food / food panda.?.- wanted to reserve a slot for massage but the same staff asked to call back an hr before the wanted timing for availability. - location is not convenient as there's lots of steep hills U need to go through.

The view from our room was amazing, floating breakfast was a highlight of our stay. Great thing is that food deliveries are easy to get to the room from town via Grab app.

The location, it’s far from town and not many taxis are wanting to drive up that hill.

Worst hotel ever, do not book!

Do not book this! I stayed in hundreds of hotels and traveled the world, and this is by far the worst room I ever saw. It was dirty, full of dead and alive bugs. Closet smells rotten and full of moths. Hair, dirt, dust everywhere around the room. Ants in the room and bathroom. We booked for 4 nights but after seeing this health hazard we left immediately. Hotel manager laughed to our face and charged cancellation fee for fist night. Absolutely disgusting and shocking behaviour and situation we were in.

Love the view and the private little pool

The apartment is not really in a good condition, furniture is old, uncomfortable and dirty. We found many bugs and ants in the room. Pool towels are very dirty, lots of stains.

It’s out of the way so you’re away from the hustle and bustle of so nang. Own infinity pool which is nice to cool off. Very friendly staff.

There’s a huge hill which taxis won’t go up so hiring a car is a must. Hotel offer a shuttle but we never used it. The beds are very hard & bedding quite old and torn but clean. The bathrooms were a bit grubby and hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while, dead flies on window sills etc. there’s no main pool and unless you have a duplex there’s nowhere to sit out and chill.

Worst Customer service, the sales lady was very rude since day 1, she kept on insisting to pay for breakfast without checking in the system that we have booked the room including breakfast, second we have confirmed only 1 hour late check out before our arrival but she rudely denied the request and said If we are late by 1 minute from 12:30 she will charge us which is ridiculous and there were no customers waiting for this room so what's the rush?. we have paid around 70,000THB not for such low quality services, that is why we moved to other hotel for rest of the days. Only the guy named Nueng was helpful and decent in the facility who knew how to communicate with customers.
