Blue Orchid Beach

The pool was very nice. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Could send out your laundry directly from hotel. There were restraurants with in walking distance but far from Ao Nang town.

The room we stayed in was the deluxe Seaview. Had to climb 31 one steps. The room was large with one queen size bed. But did not have a sitting area inside. Had no place for luggage except on floor The bathroom smelled. Shower and sink very old. Needs to be updated and replaced. No operating restaurant or bar on site only a very small breakfast was available and not worth the money. The beach area had nothing to offer. No bar, only 4 lounge chairs available. I would stay closer to town since the beach really didn't have anything to offer.

It was clean. Quiet.

No food available at the resort except breakfast. The staff is not very polite. They charge 7% extra if you pay via card. That's over and above the already decided amount.

The location to the beach and having a private casita, minimart, lovely breakfast and dinner next to the beach was all fantastic. Also, we enjoyed an hour massage right near the beach too. Staff was so friendly and helpful, plus we rented snorkeling gear to explore off of our beach.

The long boats were brutal! They never stopped all day long and detracted from the sound of the sea and birds singing. I recommend they have a set schedule and only go to town every hour or so to minimize the noise.

Beachfront hotel with a nice ambiance. We stayed for only one night. I can recommend this hotel for people who wants to spend peacefull time in Krabe out of the crowds.

Beautiful pool, and beach. Staff were incredible, rooms were nice and beds were comfy.

The location isn’t as central but it’s still about a 15 minute drive from ao nang beach.

Late night stop over perfect we only stayed there 10 hours to sleep before we moved on, lovely area pool at back of property. Bed was comfy. It was exactly what it described. Yes we would stay again as a stop over when we have a late night arrival, but not on the road side room.

We had family room for 2 of us it was on the road side and road very noisy, put my ear buds in to sleep after a long flight

Rooms very cramped up and stuffy and some of the decor was clearly damaged? A lot of noise from main road (main door does not seal at all) and the bathroom had a persistent bad smell.

The infinity pool is lovely; warm, clean and a nice view. Close to a lively beach restaurant and great massages. It's nice to have breakfast at the hotel... great coffee!

The swimming pool, the staff and the position to reach Railay beach. Nice bars on the beach for dinner and lunch.

It was an amazing property, beautiful clean and comfortable. the room had a lovely patio. We enjoyed the infinity pool. The beach at end of the property is a bit rocky but the pool makes up for it.

It is a bit far off fro the town centre. If you are looking for things to do in the evening it is a bit far away from the main area of Krabi and you would need about half an hour tuktuk ride.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice. Beds were very comfortable. Decent location only 10 mins from Ao Nang.

Breakfast selection was very small and not worth it In my opinion. Every time we left the room and had to take the key the air con would shut off so room always felt hot! No lift either so very difficult carrying heavy bags up stairs.

Enjoyed the hospitality and pool area.

Towels were not changed regularly. Had to request fresh towels on a daily basis. Room was a bit noisy with foot traffic outside on main corridor. Location is a bit solitary.

Not enough restaurants/bars close by. You need to get a scooter. The noise from the road was really bad all through the day and night Staff offered to change room to a garden room but there was no outside space only a window to look out off. So we stated in our noisy 1st floor bedroom which had a teeny balcony There are 4 rooms that come out onto the pool area which are quieter but there is still the noise from the longboats at the pier 5 minutes away

Super clean with genuinely kind staff, this hotel is perfect for a relaxing stay away from Krabi city centre and Ao Nang beach front.

Nice view from the pool area, big comfy bed, Ao Naom Mao pier is close from where you can take a boat to Railay, Ao Nam Mao center is also close where is several places to eat, 7 eleven shop, ATMs. Ao Nam Mao beach has couple of bars, Joy bar was the best with Fire show and live band.This area is perfect if you do not want to be crowded tourist area

We asked for a second key card for the room as we were travelling as a couple and wanted to be independent.Natalie (staff) told us: ‘Only one card for one room.That night she sent us an email via booking.com and told us again that there is only one key card per room.Natalie could have saved herself this instruction, as a guest we don't need any instructions from the hostThe next day we wanted to hire a scooter for 4 days.The price was negotiated beforehand, Natalie filled out a contract, the price in the contract was 15% higher than previously agreed...that is absolutely dubiousWe then hired a scooter from another hire companyWe are extremely disappointed with Natalie's behaviour towards her guests and will never stay at this hotel again

Beautiful view of the ocean. Great swimming pool and breakfast.Very clean and confortable room.Staff super helpful.We really enjoy our stay in the property.
