Perfect location.

Rooms are on the small side. Steps and ramp up to hotel are very steep.

Very well located - close to the beach and shops. Plenty to see in the area. I stayed in the hostel room and it matched the photos.

Breakfast is quite costly at 400 bhat.

Everything was above expectations. I was it room number 502, great view to the beach and sunset from the small cute balcony. The room was cleaned everyday + water + towels Great location!

I loved the huge balcony sliding windows and the great view of the big mountain (at least the view from our room). This gave the room lot's of sunlight during the day.

No hand towels, only 1 toilet paper roll per day. some garbage bins are broken, and they don't put plastic bags on the bin (the staff told us it's the environment policy, which is understandable) The shower doesn't have air ventilation.

I was in a 4 bed dorm which is nice and spaces. Shower, toilet have the own door inside the room and can be used individually, while the Lavabo is inside the room. The accommodation is clean. The Receptionist’s are very friendly and helpful. It’s great! Great location too!

Excellent hotel with a view. Location 10/10, Decent swimming pool. Very close to the beach. Many food and shopping options nearby.

To many steps at the front of the hotel

It was in the heart of the action near lively bars and the beach however at night time it sounded as though the bar was in the next room so on the nights we stayed in it was hard to sleep. The hotel was clean and convenient, good value for what we paid.

Very good location, our room was clean, there are laundry facilities in the hotel, the pool situation was a little confusing so we didn’t end up using it at all, but overall a positive experience

nice staff, really good location and just a comfortable stay. the only thing is that the light in the toilet and shower is not good and they should probably change it.

Great location, spacious rooms (saw reviews that the layout was weird? But I don’t see why it’s a problem), modern, can use the fabulous resort next door.

Towels smelled weird we didn’t ask for new ones so… but when we got fresh ones they smelled the same

The location of the hotel was a very big plus point - very close to the beach and centrally located in Ao nang. Everything was very accessible from there - with lots of restaurants and shopping streets nearby. The staff was very helpful and guided us with some questions about the local culture. The room was very clean and the daily cleaning service ensured that the sand from the beach did not get too frustrating. The room was very big and spacious with a nice balcony and good facilities. Would highly recommend this hotel for a vacation stay!

Good location, amazing pool we got to use even tho it's actually a pool from a neighboring hotel. Staff was ok but staff from the hotel next door with the pool was much more welcoming which improved overall impressions. Decent rooms. We got to leave our bags after checkout.

I don't really understand all the very bad reviews here. Yes, it's not the best ever but it's not so bad to deserve 1 star. The biggest issue for us was room hygiene which was not the best even tho rooms were cleaned daily (but seems floors were not cleaned too much). Sheets had stains and towels were very smelly so we didnt use them at all. Good that we had our own.

Despite placing the sign requesting room cleaning, no one came while we were out. We had to call 3–4 times before they finally arrived. The spoon was not cleaned properly, and we could see that the housekeeping staff was only doing a superficial cleaning.Additionally, the room did not provide toothpaste or a toothbrush, even though the hotel charges a higher price per night. The booking description should state "partial sea view" rather than "sea view."There was also an issue with the TV channels, and the staff took a long time to reprogram them.Really not worth recommending.

Not a lot

Was not cleaned properly. Sand from previous people still all through the room. Bed was like a ROCK. The mini fridge barely worked. The noise from the street was absolutely insane. Not a single inch of sleep. Checked out early and forfeited the money… was not worth staying to loose more sleep in somewhere so disgusting.
