Location was not so close to the beach. But within walking distance

Great location, short walk to beach and across from great restaurants.

Street-facing rooms are loud due to stupid motorcycle riders late at night.

Paid for a 45 sq meter partial sea view room on late checkin. Got a 22 meter dump with twin comforter on king bed and building view. Mgmt insisted "Complimentary Upgrade'

Spacious and comfortable room for our family.Walking distance for halal food & aonang beach.

The swimming pool was dirty and i saw no one used it during my stay there. There are construction on going in front of the lobby.

Corner room with an additional sofa suitable for an additional pax to sleep in.

Air-conditioning & water heaters have problems. Have been calling their staff twice to fix the problem during our stay

Room are spacious & clean. Bed are comfortable. Toilet is clean. Location is good. 7 eleven & amazon cafe just under the hotel. Parking also available for who drive. Near aonang street. All good. Staff are good.

Air conditioner work so loud, if you off them will be so hot. When you sleep early morning employees don’t respect customer talking so loud in hall and talking by phone with loudspeaker, listening music on the phone.

The breakfast food was good, the personal is kind and helpful.

The room is not as good as in pictures.Everything was very dirty. Black stains on the sofa and even mold over the tv furniture.Especially the bathroom, the door handle was loose, the sink cracked and the walls has some kind of oil spilled over it.The AC has a lot of dust, clearly visible.We talked to them and they came to repair the door and took out the sofa cushions.They changed our room after we complained with Booking and the second one was OK but not good enough for the money either.They are renovating the facilites but still has a good way to fulfill the minimums for a 4 star hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.Although the room was clean and the location convenient, several issues stood out. I was asked to pay a 200 THB deposit for a second room key—something that was not mentioned in the hotel’s policy. When I raised the issue, I received no clear explanation, and the response felt evasive.Additionally, I requested a short check-out extension, but it was denied without any flexibility. I was asked to leave exactly at 12:00 PM, and the staff’s tone was unwelcoming and rigid.The breakfast was also very poor, with almost no variety. The options were limited to mainly Thai dishes, which may not suit international guests.Due to the lack of transparency, unfriendly service, and substandard breakfast, I do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Good location in the Main Street with restaurants and bars

The grounds and facilities but also very much enjoyed the small village behind the resort. We also took in the cooking class which was amazing.

The room was roadside, and the noise from the street even on the forth floor was ridiculous.There were families on the same floor who let their children run and scream down the echoing hallways, and worst of all, the children started banging on ALL the doors just before midnight! It was not peaceful and relaxing ?

I enjoy my stay at ava sea resort. Location was fantastic stuff were friendly and helpful. I would like to stay again.

Noisy located

Great location, a very short walk to Ao Nang beach where you can do many island hopping tours as well as enjoying the beautiful view. The hotel itself is nice with a good pool area, clean rooms and the breakfast had lots of options. Nice and quiet even being so close to the main street. Lovely staff that were very helpful and smiley. There was a funny smell from the drains in the bathroom which was on and off during the week but it didn’t bother us too much.

The location was wonderful, it was a 5 min walk to the Aonang beach and infested with a lot of eateries, shopping and massage (authentic) options along with tattoo options. The room had a balcony that allowed smoking.

The room was Ok, nothing great. The breakfast wasn't that great to be honest - less than basic. At one point the bathroom lost water and the staff was made it very difficult to get us additional water as my partner was stuck in the washroom. Not very helpful at that point which I also believe could have been due to language barrier.
