The Pin Boutique Pool Villa Krabi

We stayed for 6 nights. The accommodation is clean, well maintained, and the staff is friendly.

The location requires transportation to reach the beaches or the city center, which we knew in advance. However, noise from the main road (cars and scooters) is quite disturbing due to very poor soundproofing.

Very nice little villa with private pool and bath outside , staff were very friendly and helpful, close to ao nang beach maybe 5 minutes or so on the scooter we hired

Impressive place to stay, staff is really friendly and breakfasts are exceptional with multiple choices and signature dishes available. All the areas are well maintained and private pools cleaned regularly as well. Quick access to both nature spots around and Ao Nang beach attractions if you have your own transport.

I'd add an option for a bit more privacy to private pool areas of villas as they're currently see-through for passers-by.

I think this is the best accomodation I ever stayed in. Everything regarding facilities it’s perfect but what makes this place amazing is the people. Everytime I was coming back from visiting I felt like I was coming home as they go over the top to make sure you are comfortable . Breakfast is amazing also, they even have some traditional thai dishes. I don’t have enough nice words for this place.

Such a beautiful place and beautiful staff ! Villa are insanely big, clean and we got treated so well. Many free beverages, package when you are checking out, bus to go to the beach for free, the breakfast is so furnished and delicious. I really love this place it’s perfect to come as a couple or for honeymoon, it’s intimate and quiet you have your privacy.

Everything way beyond amazing. We loved every moment that we spent at this lovely place. The private pool exceeded all our expectations and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. They think about everything, to the smallest detail. The small gifts, the welcome message on the door, the coconut vouchers, the handmade wax seal on their personalized letter, the door sign plushies instead of do not disturb cards, we loved everything. This is without doubt the best hotel we ever spent time in. The food was tasty and more than enough, the breakfast has variety and there is always something new. Everyone is friendly, polite and always try to look after you. You can always come forward with questions or wishes, they will be there to help you with anything. The room is packed with things that you might need but could not bring along, like a pocket knife, or a gigantic umbrella. The shuttle that they provide is also a very thoughtful detail, they always took us, no matter what. We cannot be grateful enough for their kindness and services! Thank you!

Everything. Nothing could have been better. Large room, very comfortable bed, his and her sinks, air con worked perfectly as did the shower, very nice breakfast and great value for money. Loved the private pool and also the public one. Not far from the beach front and the free shuttle car was a bonus. Staff were friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Lovely room, ceiling fan allowed for lower AC impact. Comfortable space. Attentive staff and a good breakfast for a small resort. Khao Tom Gai - delicious!

The villa was lovely, clean and secluded. The staff were all really helpful and our stay was made even better by little touches like notes on arrival and snacks and drinks at checking out.

Could be a little closer to the beach, but you can be run down there in the hotel car at set times during the day.

Newly renovated villa, very clean and modern, super nicely decorated, large pool.

It is about 3 km away from the beach, they offer free transfer 4 times a day, last transfer at 4 PM only one way. Grab is very hard to find and it costs about 100 BAHT during the day and 150 BAHT during the night, to get to or from the villas to the beach. Not really walkable distance. If you drive a scooter, you are totaly fine and within 15 minutes you are at the beach. Staff were all very nice but their english could be improved to offer a better experience. Breakfast lacks variety.

This beautiful resort’s staff welcomed us by decorating our room eith balloons for our honeymoon! So thoughtful and the owner is really kind! We had the villa with pool, rooms are clean. They offer free shuttle to Ao nang beach which is convenient. Breakfast are included and has a good variety! We totally recommend this place to relax !

Clean and beautiful.Most of the staff were nice (some were not so nice in the restaurant)Housekeeping was very good!

Unfortunately not a luxury boutique hotel like they mention.Had to fix some stuff upon arrival - door lock, filthy shower head.The furniture was low quality and sofa pillows were stained.The bed was rock hard, but I got used to it after a day.The pool did not get enough sunlight so it was quite cold so I could not use it even though I really tried.

It was clean and tidy.

Staff were difficult to deal with, waited an hour for a pizza that I was told would be 30 minutes, collected it myself, stone cold only just defrosted and still dead cold like it had come out of the fridge. Let reception know the next morning and bought them back the whole pizza less two bites and realised the whole thing was cold. No management on that day to discuss it with, English turned bad when suggested they should refund me, and is a health risk to service frozen food cold to guests, I worked for catersir that did all the food for international flights out of Brisbane. The cheeky manager even tried to sell me a can of coke to have with my dead cold pizza, it was served on a big plate which was placed on an even bigger Woden tray, she took it out of the “oven” so she knew it was cold these people have no shame, gouge, gouge, gouge while playing Russian roulette with food safety.

It was a really great villa. Better than advertised. Really good and friendly . Special thanks to the GM Aoffy for accommodating my request for the birthday surprise.

Very clean and spacious room, lovely pool area and the staff were very very kind and helpful

If you stay in the honeymoon suits the beds are circular and aren’t super big something to be mindful of but still comfy, you can also hear the loud cars on the road

I love the staff. All of them are friendly,helpful and kind. They even notice birthday date from passport and gave a liitle surprise. Love it! ?

Property was exactly according to the description and the pictures. Clean and beautiful pool. Staff were very polite and also offered us packed picnic sandwiches after our check out.

There is nothing to not like about this property. I would suggest they have more vegetarian options for their breakfast menu.
