    Pros +

    • The service at the restaurant was great and there was one amazing employee named Smiley that really cares about customer service and helped me book a boat tour and ferry ride, all the rest of the staff at the front were actually rude.
    • Room was nice, washroom was large, pool was great, location was perfect.
    • The whole staff was kind and very attentive. Beautiful place to stay, the pool needs some work because some tiles are coming out but i am sure they will fix it. We will stay here again. The bartender and the waiter always askkng what you need and very friendly.

    Cons -

    • If you cannot picture yourself staying in a jungle, this place is not for you! It was dirty, the needs were not comfortable at all, there were bugs everywhere!!! We woke up daily super early from a million different animal sounds! I took a shower with the longest centipede I have ever seen in my life!!! We had two rooms, the family room had a washroom and shower inside that was so smelly the whole 5 days, the regular room has a toilet and bath tub outside that’s not completely covered, we had all kinds of bugs and birds come visit us….We got eaten alive by mosquitoes and when we asked to change our towels the next day, we were told we should reuse them and shouldn’t expect new ones. Honestly the only ok thing was the pool.
    • Restaurant expensive and the food quality is very poor.
    • Reception area is a joke. If it is raining and you need the toilet, you are going to get wet.

Very chill, quiet but yet very close to attractions. Swimming pool is open 24h

Restaurant expensive and the food quality is very poor.

    5BryantPosted on: 6-25-2025

This is basically a campsite. The check-in office looked like a total mess with bits and pieces strewn about the place. We actually wondered if we got dropped off at the right place. The room had not been used for some time as the smell was very stale. All in all, as a Brit would say...a bit of a dodgy place. The surrounding area is hardly a "vacation paradise".Of our 5 different Asian stops, this was by far the worst.

Reception area is a joke. If it is raining and you need the toilet, you are going to get wet.

The garden and pool setting was beautiful. The bungalow room felt like a real retreat. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were excellent

Although Ao Nang is a good location for trips out, It was too busy for our liking. Thankfully we were at the quieter end of town.

The staff were really lovely. We all really loved tbe food, the happy hour drinks and the pool. I got a great pedicure by the pool too. All just fantastic value for money.

The leaking air con unit in our room was a bit of a worry, and the bathroom was pretty grotty, dirty round the edge of the shower and the plastic thing for the tissues. The balcony furniture was a bit sort too. We also had a bit of an issue with the transfer from the airport, but it did get sorted.

Very nice area with massage and good pool and nice bar

The outdated furniturw and the fact you have to pay if you use a coffee cup

    8ZingirdasPosted on: 4-9-2025

The hotel has a beautiful environment with lots of greenery. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the pool is great (1.8m deep). The bungalows are a bit older, but they are well maintained, and the entire area is kept clean. On-site, you can book a massage, rent a car or a scooter. The food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious – every dish we tried was very tasty. You can also book a boat trip to the nearby islands at the hotel reception.

A slightly odd design choice regarding the toilet – it would be better if the roof fully covered the area to prevent rain from getting inside. The existing plants could be watered separately without leaving the space partially open.

Great staff, dated rooms but excellent for the price

    7CindyPosted on: 4-3-2025

Friendly staff , good sized room and pool . Attached restaurant was comfortable and had nice home style cooking. Good to have a bath . Short walk to beach and night markets .

The sound from the boxing rink is pretty loud at night . There was water supply problems while I was there . The outdoor bathroom floor was very slippery after the rain .

    8LesleyPosted on: 3-15-2025

The bungalows around the pool are private and comfortable and the gardens and pool area are well-cared for. The location is fairly close to the Night Market and beach, but far enough away to be quiet. There is a convenient on-site spa for massages and other treatments.

The reception and restaurant look tired and in need of a major refresh. The outdoor bathrooms get dirty quickly, especially when it rains. We felt the restaurant was pricey for the quality of food prepared. Coffee was mediocre at best.

    7SangPosted on: 3-5-2025

The staff is very kindly and the pool was great which make you feel like you are in the nature. Near by the beach and there is a night market to have a dîner. And in front, there is a muaythai stadium, so you can go to see a match.

Our room was near the kitchen, so at night there were 3 cockroaches on the wall of the shower. As the shower concept is open shower, and in thailand you can see the cockroaches quite often, you have to think about it. When we stayed a night after 2 weeks, the room was far from the kitchen, and there was no cockroach. So, ask them in advance if it is possible. And the bed was so hard for my back pain. But the staff brought a spare matless and some cushions. So you can always ask them.

Nice garden, nice staff, good location

I had a family room because no other room available. No privacy on the Veranda, you are together with your neighbours. The single cottages look nice and are private, So take a cottage if possible. The pool and the garden are nice. The breakfast is ok. Nice staff. Good location, 5min walk to the beach and Restaurants. It is a very touristic area.

Decent place. We were on the first floor with a separate staircase and balcony. The swimming pool is nice. Location is good. The Nopparat thara beach side and night market is within walking distance.

Upkeep and maintenance could be better.

Pool area, massage, food, being at one with nature. At first we weren't sure that we were going to like it but it grew on us and we really enjoyed our stay

    It's tired

    5MirandaPosted on: 2-10-2025

Good location to the night market. We ended up going three nights in a row.

The name Boutique is misleading. The accommodation was okay but not boutique and not worth the money. It was disappointing to see that the pool is hired out during the day to dive schools so we didn't really feel like lazing by the pool or swimming with so many people in and around it.

Pool, friendly stuff, massage palce, location

    7EyglóPosted on: 2-1-2025

The pool is big and beautifully surrounded, even better is the massage parlor in bamboo huts right next to the pool (had lovely massage and manicure). The beds were good and it was nice to get a balcony. The beach and the night market is a short walk away.

The hotel could use better upkeep, maintenance and cleaning. The WiFi was really bad.

    7JeffreyPosted on: 1-31-2025

The rooms and beds were lovely and spacious. We only stayed one night so didn’t eat there. The pool was decent and felt very tropical surrounded by trees. Location was not too far from the beach and across the road from Muay Thai stadium. Was really good value for what it costs.

On fight nights the stadium is really loud so hard to sleep but finishes around midnight. All people have to wait till exactly 2 to get in room so do not expect some will be early or already done like other hotels. I always think if the rooms are ready then people should be let in not all wait till 2pm.
