On arrival...room allocated was not as booked( i booked deluxe...which indicated partial views of both hill and sea)....i protested, told reception, they eventually gave me room i had booked...not gd customer needed to do that.

Location was nice and the ability to use the swimming pool in the bigger resort nearby. Also the breakfast is the same price in the resort so recommend going there if you did not have it included in your room price.

The location is central yes, but the rooms are also very close to the main street and the music from bars, venues and street are quite loud during night time

The hotel was amazing, the breakfast fantastic, very close to the beach. Tha staff was very friendly and helpful. We got free towels tot he beach every day.

Our room was on the street side, and because of that it was a noisy at night.

The bedroom was large and clean.The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was good.Good location to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Extremely noisy. There’s a club right outside of the hotel that’s VERY loud every single night past midnight. Hotel staff can be rude. Room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was a dirty wet towel in the closet.

Water pressure issue on the last night but only lasted a few hours.

The location. Very convenient; near to eateries and shops and massage places. Plus, the hotel is about 100m to the beach where all the beach activities take place. Breakfast was also good and ample. The triple room is huge and bedding is firm. Very comfortable.

Water pressure was low at times and is so inconvenient for muslims especially as we need to take ablution often. I have read comments about the water pressure since 2 years ago and I think, the mgmt should change the main water pump asap, and not merely give the excuse that many was using the water, thus pressure is low. The room had hardly any sea view at all. There was only a small balcony with a far distance view of the sea. Maybe, don't advertise it as a seaview room. The hotel can be a bit noisy and not suitable for light sleepers as it is next to a bar which operates till almost the next morning.

we had 2 rooms on 5th floor. the big one had a small balcony with ok view while the smaller room had a nice balcony with a good view of the mountain and a glimpse of the sea. nice Moroccan design, comfortable beds. location is good because it's on the main street and close to the beach and to long tail boat service.everything we needed was just a few minutes walk.the street is busy and noisy though.the pool is at next door hotel and quite ok.breakfast was nice, buffet, girls who served us were very helpful and hospitablefriendly staff. helped us to leave luggage after checkout and arranged for us to have a shower before going to the airport. very nice touch, thank you

Doors and bathroom are rather worn out. the bathroom drains were clogged, the water neither hot nor cold and low pressure, especially in one room. not enough lights in the bathroom.we were disappointed with Ao Nang beach itself, although this has nothing to do to the hotel.but thanks to closeness of long tail boats we visited a few fantastic locations not too far: Railay beach, Poda !!!!!, Hong islands.

Location is good, but expect noise.

The rooms had mold. Asked for replacement, but it was the same situation in other rooms

Location. It was so good! Close to everything on that part of Krabi. Everything was a comfortable walking distance! Breakfast was amazing worth paying for it each morning and it’s super cheap, with such good variety unlimited! Easy pick up location for any activities you needed to do. There are lots of reviews about the noise, I think if you stay anywhere near this area there will be noise so I wouldn’t let put you off. The sister hotel with the pool and bits are amazing! Worth the money, would stay again!

Staff was friendly at check-in. Earplugs are available free of charge at reception.

The hotel is in a poor condition and urgently needs renovation. The furnishings in the room and even the walls and switches look worn. There are several clubs and bars on the street parallel to the hotel, and you can hear them loudly in the room. It was unbearably loud and sleeping was difficult even with earplugs. We were glad to be able to leave after one night.

Smells like sh*t all over the room. Theres a background noise running so that u cant rest properly. Could hire friendlier staff.Not worth the money, cheaper and better alternatives out there
