The aircon was a bit noisy.

Room is very dark , not enough light , towels very old , most of time weather was raining , also the beach around is public beach , no private beach for the hotel, no elevator , in the hotel ., not good for senior people .

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. Bedding was decent.

Pool was too cold to get in. Beds were a bit firm, but this seems to be the theme in Thailand. Location was great,

The location is very convenient for Ao Nang Beach, restaurants, and boats. The pool area is large and visually appealing, and the grounds are lush and tropical.

this is not a 4-star property. The bed is extremely hard and the room had only two completely flat pillows, with no extras available. The shower setup is impractical and floods the bathroom floor, toiletries are limited to a very cheap shampoo/conditioner combo, and towels are minimal.The room had a strong durian-like odor and poor soundproofing, with road noise coming straight through. There is no power outlet in the bathroom, and bedroom outlets are loose and barely hold an international converter.Checkout felt hostile rather than hospitable. Staff require a room inspection before allowing guests to leave and warn about charges for nearly everything. Only one room key is provided, and the air conditioning only runs when the key is left in the wall, causing the room to become extremely hot whenever you leave. Staff overall were unfriendly and unhelpful, and breakfast was questionable and not something we looked forward to.

Firstly the wifi was terrible. Only staying for 1 night and trying to plan my following travel days, the wifi in the room was the worst ive experienced in thailand so far. I had better internet on my American network on the speedboat traveling ao nang to phuket. Had to leave the hotel at 11pm and go to a bar on the street to use the wifi. At this price point, its unacceptable. (WiFi router in the room, cutting in and out and not loading when connected.)Shower was terrible. Was just a hose in the bath tub. Loose and leaky. Unless you hold the hose head the water goes everywhere. Again for these prices I expect a decent shower. Also no extra sockets beside the bed. Router plugged in on 1 side and then only either the lamp or phone charger on the other side. Bad planning. Sink doesn't fully ever drain. Again poor design. Not the staffs fault. But for these reasons I would not recommend. Extremely disappointed.

The location was great to the action of Ao Nang. Walkable to everything including the beach. The pool is a nice quiet escape from the city streets

The beds were a little hard for our liking but not the end of the world.

How do you have 4 floors and not have a lift? Had to climb up with a baby for 4 floors. Had mentioned before that we have an infant, yet gave us on the 4th floor. Lot of sound from outside. Very average breakfast. Only egg station is good.Reception staff is horrific.

Very close to everything needed for a perfect vacation. 7/11 at the entrance, pharmacy, juice stall, money exchange, great food all within 200 meters.

Fantastic resort. My family and I have stayed at a few different resorts around Ao Nang beach over the years and we absolutely loved this one. Nothing too fancy but a great location, lovely pool and stunning views. Highly recommend a pool view room as sitting on your balcony watching the pool, water fountains and the mountains was amazing. Next door to 7-11 and 2 mins walk down to the beach.

Breakfast was okay - could do with a few more vegetarian options / seperate trays and spoons for vegetarian food. Found it difficult to get in and out of the swimming pool and shower as a shorter person - the steps are very large in the swimming pool & the shower is over the bath. Also they only provide one key for the room which is difficult when someone wants to go out at night as the key is needed for electricity.

Location is perfect

Noisy, stuff non friendly, no eliveiter or lift, very old hotel furniture, basic breakfast and asked for 2 rooms near by - got in different floors.

No lift to upper floors, chairs on balcony very uncomfortable your almost lying down if your elderly or have trouble walking ask for a lower floor room

The front desk lady was amazing! She over heard that it was our honeymoon and she made up our room for us the next day as a surprise!

Nothing- it was excellent stay.

Lovely pool and fab location.

Breakfast was cold. Balcony wasn’t usable as too small and had a large AC unit on it.

Rooms and Service is good. Staff was nice & helpful at the front desk.

Lift is not available. You have to use the steps to get to upper floors.Restaurant staff could be more welcoming.

Not worth it

Too many restrictions, there is no elevator, for upgrade of pool view room they said 800bhat per night and as soon as we agreed they increased it to 1000bhat per night. Don't use power sockets there, our iphone charging socket got damaged.

Rooms were large and spacious. Location was great. Pool was nice. Great value for money.

Location is great. The staffs are really friendly. Room is big and clean.
