Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort

I purchased lunch and dinner. The food was good.

The food was expensive. There were no other options for dining or having lunch close by. The only food store (7-Eleven) was very far from the location.

Beautiful beach front cottage in a lovely, quiet location

Nothing - it was perfect

I stayed in a beach front cottage. The room is very comfortable, and the balcony facing the sea gave us amazing sunsets. The beach is right in front of the room so you can go down with a swimsuit for a swim and come back to shower in the room. I noticed that they clean the beach every morning. There is also the option to kayak. There is also the option to take a boat directly from the beach in front of the hotel for a trip to the nearby islands. We traveled to Koh Hong. In conclusion, I really enjoyed it, we will definitely be back.

The location was good and private, very quiet. It was not very hot, because of wind so you can take sunbathing without overheating.

Ants in the bed, poor variety of fruits.

We truly could not have asked for a better stay. Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort was absolutely beautiful, and everything — from the views to the service — exceeded our expectations.The staff took care of every detail with genuine warmth and professionalism, making us feel completely relaxed and cared for. The beach, the setting, and the overall atmosphere are simply stunning. The food and cocktails were excellent, and we enjoyed every single meal.We were also pleasantly surprised by the room decoration prepared for us, which made our stay feel truly special and personal. This was by far one of our favorite stays of the trip. A perfect place to unwind, and we would return without hesitation.

The resort is wonderful, located in front of the beach, amazing sunsets.Great food , good service.

Food mediocre.

We had 2 rooms. The beach front cottage was lovely with amazing view. Our second pool front room smelled very moldy. They gave us an air purifier but only for 2 hours. When we asked to switch rooms, they gave us a small corner room that did not smell much better. The restaurant was lovely but the food mediocre. The resort is not close to other restaurants so we had to eat most of our meals there. With more attention to these details, this could be a delightful experience.

right on the beech if u take the lodges amazing view of mountain and most beautiful suset view … u can walk on the ahore and visit other hotels

It was the perfect honeymoon getaway for us - the beachfront villa had spectacular views especially at sunset

Perfect location. Beautiful beach to see both sunset ,sunrise with scenic islands as background. varieties of breakfast choices. A plenty of tropical fruits and salad. A nice view of the beach at breakfast area makes the food more pleasant. All staffs are very polite, have great service mind. Luckily we got an upgraded room type. Room is clean, neat and has super comfy big bed and pillow.

just a little thing to complaint about toilet paper. it's easily breakdown when wet and become sticky on hands. need more chairs in the room.

Saw a couple of cockroaches in the beach view cottages we were staying .

The location was great, the front door staff was super friendly and helpful getting my baggage to my room. They also helped with parking and street access, as the parking lot and street were on the smaller side.

This resort required a 2,000 BHT ($62) security deposit, and the front desk staff seemed to not want to give me the room key until I had the deposit in hand. Had I known about this before hand, I would have stopped at an ATM before arriving and would have not had this issue!Also, the room had the bathroom situated facing the late night bar/ restraunt that was open until 11:30pm. We were uncomfortable taking a shower or bath when the bar was still open. The bed was very firm, and the shower head hose had sprung a leak near the shower head.

Location is great. It was the best resort we stayed at and we have been to many all over the world. Customer service is excellent. The beach is dreamy. Resort is clean.

The resort is in isolated area. You need transportation to get to any restaurants or other activities. Given the pros, it wasn't a big deal for us as we utilized taxis and other services or had food delivered.

Amazing sandy beach, the location is a bit far from ao nang but if you are looking for relaxing place this resort is the one you should go to

The staff especially in the restaurant are a bit rude

The staff was not very helpful, the TV's do not have netflix or they do not have HDMI cable to connect it to the computer. They seem to give 10% discount to some customers on the restaurant, not others.

Beachfront cabins were awesome- can watch the sunset sitting on yur porch. This is a more isolated beach with three or four restaurants and less crowds. It’s a 20 min. Taxi ride into Ao bang so if u need to do excursions u can go from there to Railay beach

The tide goes out in the late afternoon so swimming isn’t as good.

The property was situated on the best, most peaceful beach with amazing views, even from laying in bed (we were in the beach suite). The property is very clean and easy to navigate. Breakfast buffet is expansive and very good, with options from traditional Thai food to more American style as well. The views from the restaurant are even amazing! We absolutely loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back in the future :)

It is a little secluded if your main concern is to hang out in Ao Nang or Krabi town. We personally were okay with that as we were looking for a relaxing experience and good views. We found no problem getting Grab taxi to and from the property, but if you are taking a taxi at night back to the property, they will probably charge you more for the ride due to the distance.
