I had an absolutely amazing stay! The staff were incredible especially Molly, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable.Everything about this hotel is just perfect the room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Every single aspect, from the check-in process to the service, amenities, and atmosphere, was top-notch.Huge thanks to Molly and the entire team for making me feel so welcome. The hotel is located on a very busy street and it is extremely loud both day and night.Sound insulation is poor, so noise from outside is clearly audible in the rooms.We would not choose this hotel again. In general, Ao Nang was not for us either. It may suit travelers who are mainly interested in nightlife or who use Ao Nang as a base for daily full-day excursions. Otherwise, the area feels very crowded and the beaches were not clean during our stay in January 2026.

Absolutely amazing staff. Two pools however they also let you go to their sister hotel across the street for their huge pools (no cost). The place is very clean and everything (other than the TV) seems very new. Location was great right between the two beaches. The closer beach is way more beautiful in my opinion. Up and over the small hill is the main beach with tonnes of shopping and cheaper food but none of the beautiful waterfront restaurants. Walking distance to everything. Cheap massages and food nearby. 7-11 right around the corner or at the end of the Soi (street). Loved it.

Needs a bidet. But other than that nothing.

Nice hotel, located close to the avenue and shops.Kind staff.Free water dispenser at the lobby.Recommend.

Location

The hotel should take its non-smoking policy more seriously. There was a strong smell of smoke ‘even weed’ coming from the next room into our non-smoking room. We have a child, yet we were the ones who had to move to another room in the middle of the night. The staff only apologized and offered to change our room, but no real action was taken against the guests who were smoking.

pool and location was great, quiet

its a bit older than it looks,safe is too tiny for even a laptop, pool/ balcony doors dont fully close and decor is well dated ... its time for refurbish.

It was in a decent area

The room was not clean, sheets were stained, bath towels were red and leaked red dye, poor WiFi. Weird smell when ac off

The staff were very nice. The view in the room is great. The rooftop pool is surrounded by beauty. The room was clean enough with decent amenities, like umbrellas, beach towels, flip flops, etc.

The WiFi is very spotty. We stayed for one week and asked for one housekeeping request. The toilet was not cleaned and the one set of used towels was not replaced.

The pools were great, location was wonderful.

The beds in the room with 2 beds were not comfortable at all.

Great pool, friendly staff, short walk to both beaches

We enjoyed having the swim up room and the rooftop pool was great. Super close to the night market and plenty of restaurants and shops.

Seemed a bit run down, everything needs to be freshened up. Room smelt very musty, bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and breakfast selection was disappointing.

Having pool access from room was a bonus. Loungers by pool in shade was appreciated. Proximity to ATM, restaurants, beach was great. Access to sister property (across the street) appreciated.

We didn’t have breakfast included in our room and the price to get it at hotel was too much (THB 420/person)

Use the sister hotel just down the street for swimming pool and breakfast.

Roof Swimming pool area boring, only one place with shade for the sun. Breakfast at the hotel average, go to the sister hotel next door, much larger break fast buffet including egg station

Booked the moon deck. That bit was okay. However, the room smelled terrible. I did report this a few times, but nothing was done. The shower didn't work properly, and the maintenance guy came to fix it but that night the control knob fell off. Towels were old frayed and full of snags. Everywhere needs a good clean. Breakfast was dismal.

The top floor pool lacked shade so we used the ground floor one which was refreshing and very clean. Breakfast was just ok but it took us a couple days to realize they would cook eggs to order as the hostess who took our room number at the restaurant never handed us the order sheet. We just happened to notice another guest filling out one. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. There was some sticky stuff on the bathroom counter and the couch had numerous stains. The facility is dated and could use some TLC. It is rated as a four star and this hotel was the most expensive one we have stayed in during our southeast Asia travels. However I would give it 3 stars and would recommend it....as a 3 star hotel.

The staff were great, very helpful and always eager to help.The breakfast was great there was a lot of choice.The ground floor pool was lovely, the rooftop pool had great views but no shade.The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We had the benefit of the rooftop terrace (moon deck suite) and it was a nice place to look at the stars.

The air con in the suite was useless and we never got a decent nights sleep.The room looked tired, especially the bathroom. Shower controls were finicky. No atmosphere, the hotel lacks a bar and restaurant.There is a lot to like but the moon deck suite was not value for money or reflective of the 4 star rating , go for one of the cheaper rooms and you will be happy

Had Pool access room, our room was at the end so was In a dark corner and was overlooked by other rooms unlike the rooms further down

Clean, modern hotel with decent breakfast. Pool was nice too.

We liked the location - felt in the middle with night market, port and long tail boats kiosk one side and the main shopping/bars/beaches on the other. Pretty good value.

We booked 2 pool access rooms but no pool towels in one room and had to keep asking for them. We had rubber ‘slippers’ to use but not cleanliness wrapped and just looked like had been left behind from previous occupant.Appreciate we had pool access but design of outside little hard to navigate and little odd - no outside chair other than one under water.Just felt missing some of those extra touches - but all in all a good stay

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Great to be able to leave our bags at the hotel after we’d checked out, so we didn’t have to take them with us for a trip out to the islands for the day. Wry. Considerate of the staff.

Breakfast was disappointing in quality and options. We had stayed in a hotel of similar quality in Bangkok and the breakfast was amazing. So having breakfast included in our hotel package was disappointing.
