Ramada by Wyndham Aonang Krabi

The room is big but lighting is poor.Need to renovated fix up the building interior and exterior .Lighting up the building and compound .It’s need owner to take care of property that is very useful for growing more business in future.

It is very nice except owner need to focus of renovate inside and outside to attract more customer .It needs to take action now . Before too late .

Location to beach and everything you could possibly need ( not necessarily want, lol). It’s a good spot. Room was huge.

Location was good.

This resort shows better in pictures. Furniture inside the room was falling apart. Guys at the nighttime Desk were pleasant and helpful. Check in lady in the morning was unhelpful and rude.

We had a very comfortable stay and Mr. Charlie was very supportive and helpful for easy checkin and guided us well for local needs as well.Breakfast was overall good but staff in the restaurant wasn't very professional and Hotel policy for breakfast timing is not customer friendly. We went with kids for breakfast at 9:50 AM and took all food required at once before closing time of 10 AM. I requested staff to replace cut fruits as it has lot of insects flying over it minutes before closing time, and they refused to get it changed or get me clean portion and insisted to consume same unhygienic fruits. Then, at 10 AM fans and lights were switched off and at 10:15 AM we were requested to leave as they had to close restaurant, which was highly unprofessional as kids were eating slow.

The overall stay was decent, the pool is MASSIVE and quite clearly the highlight of the property. The rooms are luxuriously large as well.

The plumbing needs a complete overhaul - the first room we stayed in barely had any water pressure and the second room we stayed in had drainage issues with the shower so the entire bathroom ended up getting flooded. Also the pool access room we were put up in was in a clearly forgotten corner of the pool and there was alot of debris in the water right outside our room because of which we couldn't access the pool directly.

Rooms were dirty, found a bug under couch pillow. Facility is poorly maintained. Staff from front table was rude and unpleasant. Definitely not worth the money

Rooms are very spacious and clean, staff very nice. Incredible pool, pretty quiet, we enjoyed our stay here.

We paid the amount online like always Staff didnt accept booking receipt and said that we are not understanding the application while we already paid Manager said the same thing Forced to arrange money to stay and lost a lot because of currency charge + waste 3 hours from our time There must be a good refund But we got only our money Breakfast was very bad

Worst Property don’t waste your money

Badly manage dirty room rude staff I thought this is a Ramada four star Property but this not even two star Property don’t waste your money no facility I think Ramada loosing there credibility to run this type of Property

The hotel is so run down it’s a health & safety hazard. It’s not a British star standard hotel

Old property not maintained properly. Staff were not attentive and ignorant. Poor breakfast and bad behaviour of staff at breakfast.

The breakfast was sub standard & staff were unable to provide hot water other than from a single coffee machine being use for 40+ seat restaurant. The property was so run down it was a health & safety hazard. The bed was hard with springs so it felt like they had just removed the mattress.

The pool was disgusting not clean at all lights hanging out in the pool the rooms was dirty

No staff to help out. Wifi was down for full tenure. Old infrastructure. Dirty pool. Buffet Breakfast was very poor in every sense.

Huge room, clean, awesome balcony, good washroom and daily offer to clean. Coffee and fridge great.

Staff nonchalant and reluctant to engage (some ignoring).

Never again

The pool was absolutely disgusting, I booked this hotel so the kids could play. I wouldn’t let my pets in it. Hadn’t been cleaned in years full of mold. How this passes inspections is beyond me. Also the mattresses were full of pee stains.

Room size was good. Location was good.

They confirmed over email and then verbally but didn't provide us connecting rooms. We had 2 young kids.The facility is poorly maintained. Pool was dirty.

The room had direct entry in to pool. The check in was efficient and friendly.

The pool was too dirty to use . We were there 13 nights. They worked on cleaning the pool every day but were never able to get it cleaned.
