The location can’t be beat! Nice pool and grounds are beautiful. Love the beach bag and the free water and coke. Comfortable bed. Nice room. Good fresh breakfast.

The only thing was the water NEVER got hot just luke warm. Had a bathtub couldn’t use.

Great staff, wonderful breakfast buffet, and love the Thai decor throughout the property.

Yes we had a room near the front and the street noise was so loud we could not sleep and all doors/doorwalls were closed. Old style bathroom, and dates furniture.

The staff are amazing! They seemed to be genuinely friendly and caring people. We enjoyed fresh breakfast.

The bed was as hard as a rock. I didn't enjoy having the longtail parking right in front of the hotel; took away from the view. We had Jacuzzi room and were told we could only use one pool, not the second.

Location, location, location!!!

Grounds and landscaping are absolutely beautiful. We saw the giant monitor lizard on the property—so cool! Rooms are nice.

Rooms were not practical for multi-day stays — very little storage, no hooks. Took multiple requests to have dirty towels replaced. Restaurant service at dinner for our (admittedly large) group was a mess. Breakfast buffet was meh. Unfortunately Railay has become an overcrowded tourist trap — the “hidden” beach is lovely but the beach outside the hotel is packed with daytrippers and noisy with boats. We were there Dec 26-30. Everywhere we went we shuffled along like cattle with the herd. This place has changed dramatically over the last 15 years and not for the better imo.

Didn't meet us at our boat. Staff didn't know about the excursions so we had false information. There were wildlife living under the water on near our room and we were not warned by staff.

The location is excellent. The hotel is situated right across from the beautiful western beach, directly in the middle of it, and also very close to the main street with its shops and restaurants. In addition, the hotel has a private path that leads to the eastern side of Railay Beach, which is very convenient.The rooms are excellent. They are clean, spacious, and pleasantly designed in a traditional style. Everything felt comfortable and well maintained.The hotel has two pools. The smaller pool is located near the beach and is not small at all, roughly 4 meters wide and about 15 meters long. The larger pool is about twice that length. The photos accurately reflect the hotel. It truly feels like a private, enclosed village right in the heart of the area.Breakfast is excellent. It is varied and includes both Western and Thai options, with omelets and egg dishes prepared to order in front of you. Overall, it offers great value for money.We received very good service throughout our stay. The staff helped us with personal issues, showed flexibility, and genuinely wanted to assist.Highly recommended for both the location and the overall experience.

Pool was amazing, a great mix of shade provided from the trees as well as full sun exposure. Literally could walk down our stairs directly into the pool. Breakfast was always solid & you can’t beat the view. Staff was so accommodating & kind. The main “street” is directly around the corner with great bars, restaurants & shops!

Our ac was difficult to figure out, but we got it by the 2nd day lol

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the pools clean and refreshing and the grounds are beautiful. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast has lots of choices- breads, rice, freshly made eggs, bacon and sausage and curry dishes, which was important to us because we often didn’t eat again until dinner. Each room is an individual little house with a small terrace and drying rack for wet clothes. It’s close to climbing areas, rents kayaks, and is next to the “Main Street”, a walking area with shops and restaurants.

The location and outside sitting area of the property was very nice and convenient for the stay. The rooms also could be nice if they were renovated.

The room smelled like mildew and sewage. It was super outdated and old to justify the price we paid. There were bugs everywhere in the room and no repellant or fans available in the common areas to deter them. Lights in the room were very dark and flickering, felt a bit dirty in the room. Breakfast also was not good and the staff was standoffish, granted it is the off season so not many people around.

The pools were very beautiful The staff were very friendly and helpful, it’s a beautiful location on beachfront and next to shops with great facilities, the rooms were large.

The room smelt terrible of mould and very bad to breathe in. The air conditioner stopped working during night and started clicking repeatedly keeping us awake. We got it working again but the loud clicking noise kept going. Renovations were underway across pool and was loud and disruptive. The pool was covered in leaves and dust from the work site. At breakfast all the jam containers were full of wasps and weren’t checked regularly to take wasps out so didn’t want to have any.

Great location with easy access to Railay Beach, short hikes, and a walking street with bars and restaurants. Room felt secluded in a beautiful garden landscape.

Great location, right on the beach, the pool was excellent. The resort is ‘dry’ so be prepared and buy supplies from one of the mini marts. The room was lovely with a HUGE bathroom. Lovely staff. And we were visited by a gang of friendly monkeys which was great

The room was really musty with the mustiness lingering all night. I understand it’s probably due to the materials used in the building but this could be rectified by leaving it open to air out

i saw some reviews that the hotel was outdated and not well kept, and i couldnt disagree more. eveything was immaculate, we loved the spacious room, the ambience, the pool was great, staff was so helpful and lovely. they even arranged for us the transfer from krabi airport to the hotel in the evening (after 18:00 there are less boats to Railay from Krabi) , and the boat stopped right by the beach, so there was no long, dreaded walk in the water with our luggage on our heads. someone from the hotel waited for us and helped us with the luggage to the room. We loved our time there, and wish to return again the future!

Really comfortable and clean hotel right on Railay Beach. We loved the rooms and the comfy beds, as well as breakfast on the beachfront during the quieter mornings.

Our family loved this hotel. The location was perfect. We loved Railay beach and it was the perfect base point to explore the other islands.Our villa was beautiful. The room and the bathroom were very spacious and clean. The jacuzzi area was beautiful. Our daughter loved the small pond with the frogs in front of our villa. At night you only hear nature sounds. The breakfast had lots of different and delicious options and you can have it right in front of the beach.The staff was really nice and helpful.You have lots of restaurants nearby and mini supermarkets.We stayed 6 nights and didn't want to leave. We definetely reccomend this hotel.
