Krabi Resort

Nice location close to everything on Ao Nang. Loved the large size room.

Wish the gym was open 24 hours or longer than it was. Also need more loungers by the beach.

This hotel is dilapidated. Wall paper coming off the walls, 0 hot water. The staff accused me of stealing from the mini bar at the same time as the guy who was checking out while I was. House keeping let's a ton of bugs in every day. The room is gross

I liked that I was able to book a luxury villa last minute and the room was big and located near a jungle ambience. Many room options. It has is own private beach.

The bathroom sink clogged and the water wouldn't go down during my stay. The room phone did not work so I could not call the front desk. The breakfast buffet was not good.

Good location

Room (M33) is old and moldy. AC smelled very moldy and stuffy. Cutains aslo have black spot of mold on them. They only give you one key card which you have to take with you when you are out. No cool room waiting for you when come back.

Location

The hotel is extremely rundown and needs a major renovation. The wifi was terrible. The pool lounge chairs had ripped torn and stained cushions.

Beautiful beach location, room was spacious , clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Worst breakfaast i have ever had.ALthough if you like hot thai style breakfast probably ok. Staff not rude but have a lot to learn about making people feel special on their holdiay.Anon was great however. Didnt like on beach front you had to walk up to bar to get your own drinks.They would have made a lot more money from us if they came to us. However the view from the beach lounge isup their with the best view you will ever get.Amazing cliff formations to the right and series of volcanic islands directly in front.Located right on the main drag and only place with beachfront in area.WE had a ball and would come back.

The private beach and private access were great. Many potential amenities.

The shower in our room L13 did not drain. We told the front desk and it was still not fixed on an 8 day stay so every night it would fill up to our ankles while showering. Our ceiling fan switch would start clicking on and off repeatedly around 2AM Nightly. After reporting it the 2nd time in the first 3 days it was fixed but made for too many sleepless nights. The booklet in the room said you could get food at the Skipper pool bar or other, but that was not the case during our stay. What looked like the poolside cafe was closed each day. This made us have to leave the resort daily for lunch. The menu at the boat house was good but not enough variety to eat every day of our stay. Bartending classes were much needed. I was served multiple half glass margaritas at the pool bar yet served a full (though a short glass) margarita when ordering at the boathouse restaurant on the same property. Drinks should be consistent. I once ordered a tequila sunrise from the boathouse I would have been comfortable giving my kids bc there seemed to be zero tequila in it. When people are paying for a beachside retreat, a proper cocktail will keep them there versus sending them out to the restaurants and bars nearby for a proper beverage. The resort had the makings of a 5 star resort if they would invest in bartending classes and replacing the toilet seats in the boathouse restaurant ladies room. They are all very old and stained and quite disgusting looking along with the faucet knobs. A very cheap fix that would go a long ways in the visual and safety appeal of the resort.

We liked the location of the hotel. It is on the main street of Krabi. There are many restaurants, massage centers, bars, and souvenir shops just outside the hotel. The Night Market is 15 min. walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel needs better maintenance. The entire staff is friendly and tries to do their best, but I think the management team is not fulfilling their responsibilities. There must be better organisation at the hotel.

The location is the best part of this hotel. It is right on the beach with plenty chairs under the trees. The breakfast had a lot of options. The main street is right by the hotel making it super easy to go out and come back to grab an umbrella if needed.

The pool towels were not replaced consistently, but fresh towels were available at front desk. The drinking water was not refilled consistently, some days we had to ask for it. There were only two hangers in the closet.

The location, that’s about it.

Almost everything. When we booked we had requested two separate beds and were initially put in a single bed room, then moved to a “two bed” room that was just two twin beds pushed together with a single bottom sheet and two separate top sheets. The room wasn’t clean, the pillows smelled badly and we only had two for two people. When we asked for new ones they took almost a day and a half to arrive (which we had to call them about several times, despite feeling annoying). The staff tries their best but they are clearly understaffed and somewhat indifferent to the quality of the place. We didn’t swim in the pool because it looked questionable and half of the things in the room didn’t work (the lights, the TV). We are far from persnickety travelers and are genuinely easy to please (we don’t typically leave reviews either) but this place we were definitely paying for location and absolutely nothing else. The bathroom smelled like pee, and frankly the entire room was grimy and we felt dirty our entire stay. They gave us wet bath towels from the start and when we asked for new ones they were equally as dank. We kept bothering them to try and get the smelly pillows and towels replaced, but for one reason or another even our polite pestering was unsuccessful. Again, the people are perfectly pleasant but just seem to be unable (or are too burnt out to care) to improve situations. We really don’t leave reviews, but we rely on them for our trip so we felt obligated to share our experience here.

Customer service. Reception never answered when called. Transportation inside never picked up us. Service in pool did not come.

The location was great. The beach was close and many 7/11 nearby. Most things you need are within walking distance.
