Pool Room shower facilities everything and view

Nothing everything was exceptional

So untidy rubbish everywhere and staff so unfriendly no electricity plugs worked in rooms

Fridge did not work, Hotel staff was confused and didn't follow up on requests, I was told a later check out was ok but the day of check out they asked me to leave earlier

Day manager very rude and arrogant towards us at first and spent the rest of our stay trying to be falsely nice no a very good person to be front of house.

The room was fantastic. We were in the newer buildings which were near pristine. 24/7 golf cart service was great, otherwise it would’ve been a very steep hike up. Right by the infinity pool

We did notice a sewage odor passing the lower rooms on the golf cart

We got upgraded to a water view, and it was definitely a game changer. The pool is so beautiful and the views are incredible.

The staff can be kind of short over the phone. The coffee at breakfast is very basic.

Location was amazing. The bed was very stiff. I liked it but for some people it might be too much.the staff was very helpful and really wanted to help. Everything was done with a smile.

It was a hilltop resort so going up to our room required us to use the club car (available 24h) as we had kids and strollers. That wasn't very convenient. Also the rooms were not highly maintained. We also had a warm water issue (which was fixed almost immediately thanks to the helpful staff) and a lock issue in our room. Also some part of the bed was "sinking" and the facilities looked old.

Rooms are very nice with beautiful views. Comfy beds and good amenities. Spacious belcony with friendly staff and very good service. Hotel location away from the busy area so you get a good sleep as many places close really early in the morning in Ao Nang.

Hills lol so you will get exercise lol. Bathroom could use a little more lighting. For a casual smoker an ashtray would be appreciated.

The rooom was very nice, clean, specious modern.The view from bed was incredible.

The resort was bigger than expected and was just a few steps from the main strip, making it very convenient for dining out and other activities. The whole resort was very nice and quiet. The rooms were big and separated.

The couches should have some covering, as we saw there were some stains on them.

Booking is showing us only one building as if the hotel has only this one building by the pool. That’s a complete lie. They have very old buildings and they don’t show you the reality it doesn’t not look the slightest like these pictures. They have old rooms and then even older rooms. The rooms are old the bedsheets are stained, the towels don’t look great either. The rooms smell moldy and it’s a health hazard. I asked them to change the room because of it or bring a dehumidifier they brought me something to cover the smell and it releases water which ads more moisture to the room and makes it even more moldy. The bathroom shower leaks we called and they didn’t care much about it. There are bugs I got bit by one of them in the bed it looked like a huge flying ant it was on my neck. They should have the same standard for every room of the hotel they can’t have old rooms and then more modern rooms. Our tv was extremely small while the other ones at the new building had a big tv screen, a more modern room a more comfortable bed etc. They need to hold the same standard for every single room and they need to work on their customer service skills and they really need to show the truth on their pictures. Booking has to do better.

Everything, the old rooms the fact that we have to climb to the pool the staff that is extremely rude. The amount of bugs in our room. The humidity moldy smell. The leaking bathrooms.

The location was exceptional- very close to the beach, located on the main strip, and the elevation of the property provided an INCREDIBLE view of the ocean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful and always available to give us a lift up and down from our room.

The air conditioning units or some electronic system were closely located near our room and produced a loud ringing sound almost every day.

A petty management rules this facility. They are so small-minded that they charged my credit card for 3 dollars because there was a broken piece of drinking glass. I paid $180 for 1 night stay and they have the audacity to charge for a broken drinking glass that is worth fifty cents. Management, if you are reading this, you need to grow up or go to hotel and restaurant management and get an actual degree in customer satisfaction.

The pool area and view from pool is nice and the exterior of the building is authentic to Thailand.

The bedrooms were lifeless no character and clinical looking. Bathroom was very basic and clinical also. The provided towels for the beach were not towels they were very thin tea towels and the fridge in the room did not work, we had to call reception three times regarding the fridge and was promised someone would fix the issue which they never did which lead to me physically having to go reception myself for them to eventually send someone to our room. Annoyingly when we first called they provided excuses such as “the fridge is supposed to be warm”

I absolutely love this place!! The view was amazing!! The staff were friendly and helpful. You can walk to almost everything. I would definitely stay here again.

More shade umbrellas by the pool would be great.

Staff is incredibly nice and helpful, the location was great and the hotel was really beautiful. Also, they have swimming pool and gym.

The only thing I didn’t like is that there was no elevator in our building and it was hard going to second floor with a stroller. Also the AC is directed to blow directly on you and you cannot turn it into another direction, but this isn’t an issue for most people I guess.

Location is great, close to beach, close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was great even though it was expensive (400baht).

Room had a horrible smell that didnt go away and even though cleaning people came everyday they didnt report it or do anything till we contacted them. The smell reduced after they came but it was still lingering.
