Smelled of sewage like other reviews state. Breakfast buffet was below average in flavor not options. Paid for a sea view but got a free view. Decent value for money but if smells bother you it would be hard to tolerate!

When you enter the resort they look at you as if they are we as guests are a load to them I am too working in a hotel industry never see this bad customer service and if we speak to them in English there reply is only in Thai it doesn’t work this way krabi shada resort you are representing the place it self as I had enjoyed my stay in Krabi but not in the resort as all and if we ask them for the service I mean it’s such a disappointment for me to book from booking.com or else all the reviews are not given clearly so I would say what is it and why when we reached the resort they made us wait to take our luggage’s we had come from such a long drive to krabi from Phuket kindly train your staff

Lovely big bedroom, nice bathroom facilities and a great view! Breakfast was spot on!

We found the pool area a little run down, rusty loungers, wobbly tiles etc. In hindsight we would have liked to be a little closer to the beach

Its located on the main street leading to the Ao Nang beach - bustling market area and restaurants so easily accessible. We took the pool-access rooms and had a relaxing evening in the pool. Though it can get a bit noisy and busy if lot of guests are in the pool while you are in the room catching up on some sleep!The breakfast is a good spread and helps before a long day of outing. However, the rooms are a bit old and the washrooms need an upgrade.

Room was fine (pool made it) and the walk up the hill to the resort was a bit tiring in the heat ( but doable!)Bit of an elevator wait so if you’ll want to take stairs most of the time.

Room was great with a really comfortable bed and good shower. Good A/C. Had a superb view from our balcony which was excellent when not overrun by monkeys. Good wi fi and a number of pools to swim at due to the design and location of the property.

Breakfast was ordinary and the eggs were always cold. No choices for omelets or scrambled eggs either. Located at least a kilometre from the beach and its a long uphill walk back. Steep driveway to access the resort then up 6 floors by elevator and another 5 steep flight of stairs to get to the room. And we booked almost 3 months in advance to get the worst located room at the resort. I attended the gym and nothing in it was functional and not even a set of dumbbells, very poorly maintained.

Super clean and cozy hotel. Super quiet even being close to the main avenue. The views from the hotel, roof top swimming pool was just stunning. Had an amazing time there and would definitely go back.

Had some grump employee in the breakfast who told me off for mistakenly put the picking tongs over a clean dish, he got really unnecessarily upset about it, I dont blame him, I was wrong and not everyone is in a good mood everyday. Other than that everything was fine. Maybe the high slope to access the hotel was a bit too steep, specially if you are not fit and planning to walk your way around there, but completely manageable.

The room need renovation old fashion and furniture old and the bathroom the shower is old and not working properly also no hot water only 1min and then normal water, light in room need upgrade and bathrooms need upgrade

There are better places to stay but it’s completely okay for a few nights.

When I got there the staff didn’t have my confirmation of payment from booking, i showed them the email, I received, the bank statement, everything I could. None of them was enough, they refused to check me in until I called booking service desk and they confirmed it to them. Requiring a confirmation is okay but how they handled the situation was rude, not helpful at all and took like 45 mins. The break is also mediocre.

Amazing views from the room. Great location and access to the beach.

Wifi is a huge problem in the rooms, no other facility also extremely hard to climb up to the main lobby from the street without any guard rails to hold onto.

Beautiful resort with very nice pool, a lot of couples and families, staff are attentive, rooms are very clean. Unsure about location as I was only here a short time and spent it at the pool, rooms were very spacious.

It was a very nice place to stay but be mindful there is a small hill to reach it. Air con could be a little better but being picky.

All was good! Room was clean, pool area nice and clean. Brekfeksts was more less ok as well. Very polite personal.I recomend stay in this hotel
