    Pros +

    • The breakfast buffet was good, and the manager on duty was very attentive
    • Lovely accommodation managed to get two rooms joining and just a short walk from ao nang beachfront
    • Lovely hotel and breakfast. Great location. Absolutely loved Krabi.

    Cons -

    • The nighttime staff very indifferent, and cannot speak English well. No elevators had to manually take half of our luggage up many sets of stairs. Very poor lighting people could trip on the steps. Not enough electrical plug-ins. Gym closed at 8 o¿clock.
    • The floor by the pool is incredibly slippery. Go careful it’s like ice
    • We had a leak in the room one morning. Water coming through the ceiling. No wet floor signs. Daughter went flying down some outside steps which had just been mopped. Causing severe bruising. Woman at reception was very rude and said she should look where she was going. Wet floor signs appeared everywhere after the event. Hotel was taking g no responsibility.

I loved how even the hotel was bigger than the previous ones we stayed in in thailand it was not overly busy. the pool was never full, always plenty of sunbeds to choose from, great breakfast choices. amazing live music each night with the best singers who let my son join them! nice area if you walk around some great places to eat

    nothing it was great

Great facilities and breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff.Enjoyed the live singing at night.

The breakfast was decent, the rooms were large

No lock on our room balcony door, entire hotel needs a refresh, the staff were not particularly friendly, it's not very close to the beach, the pools were dirty

Amazing room and fantastic pool! We had such a brilliant time there and the location was perfect for shops and restaurants. The staff were so polite and friendly..will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely setting amongst the trees, easy walk down to the main drag. Family duplex suites are fab! Pool was good fun. Breakfast good.

    Lovely pool area

Needs updating. The bathroom could do with an update. Also the way the electrics work is frustrating, having to turn on sockets via a central control to charge phones etc. Also more storage space needed (only 5 hangers in wardrobe) 2 drawers to put clothes in.

Pool area in quiet area was fabulous Staff were very helpful especially Tib in the pool barLovely spacious balcony

Room was set up for two people not family of four-staff promptly delivered everything we needed but we had to ask for extra hangers/chairs to accommodate four. The lack of storage in the room was also an issue. Which meant living out of suitcase for our stay. The lack of air conditioning in the communal areas such as restaurant/reception- uncomfortable for customers and staff.Breakfast was cold and inadequately covered allowing flies to land on food. The covers were broken. Lift out of order several times- promptly fixed. The walkways were incredibly slippery.Didn’t affect us but the safety gates didn’t reach the banister and were ineffective/not safe.

Lovely location, not too far away from the Main Street in Ao nang. Pool clean. Happy hour at both bars during day and night. Good size rooms

Rooms felt a little damp during our stay but not necessarily the hotels fault could be due to temperatures and humidity

My son loved the pool and the slide. I loved the location. The room was a little tired looking, it could do with a paint and a freshen up. The breakfast area had many flies around uncovered food.

The environment is good, the room is comfortable.

The property is not suitable for Muslim because there are no halal food even for breakfast and the room full of liquors. It is also not suitable for those with knee problem because there is no elevator.

Chada Thai was fair but we wanted to spend time at the beach and it was far to walk with kids and the beach was not really swimmable. But the resort itself was nice but for more than a few days would get boring. However the staff were very accommodating and very good allowing us to change rooms to accommodate our kids better and even transferring us to their branch at Koh Lanta because we expressed our desire to rest near the beach. We really appreciated how accommodating they were to make sure we had a good time.

Amazing breakfast buffet, fun dinner activities and swimming pools with slides, room service available

Wasn’t right on the beach- about a 10-15 min walk

    9SanjeetPosted on: 4-5-2025

Swimming pool was good.Breakfast ok and can improve further.Staffs was friendly and helpful.Nice location and walking distance to shopping areas.

The shower pressure was bad and not good at all, especially for hot water. Upon check in the room shower head was not functioning and i had to get the hotel maintenance to replace shower head.

Great location in Krabi close to everything, nice comfortable rooms with nice bed , pools are excellent breakfast is also good with lots of variety, special mention to staff member Tar in the pool bar this girl is smart and should be recognised for her amazing service and ability management take note !!

    Comfortable beds, good cleaning service.

We stayed here 4 nights during which we had to change the room twice. First room was really noisy due to huge AC unit just outside the room. We couldn't sleep whole night and our next day's schedule got ruined. We manage to change the room only after serious negotiations with receptionist. Second room was fine, but got flooded and we had to move to another room in the middle of the night.Bathroom/toilet was separated in very minimalistic way from the main bedroom - in all 3 rooms where we stayed you could hear and smell a lot.Sub-average breakfast
