- comfortable and spacious room, with comfy bed- Fresh and clean room with a big and bright window- Located in a great neighborhood of tap Cham filled with nice cafes and restaurants- Friendly staff- You can check in super early, which is great after a night train- Nice light system in the room , and smart tv with YouTube and Netflix

- we were left some waters in the room, some of them were supposed to be free, while others not. Unfortunately, we only had the “paid” ones in the room, and on using them we got asked to pay for them, while the free were not available. After talking with the staff, everything got solved- Shower water was not so hot, and would be great if there was a curtain

Stayed here several times over the past few years, and always been satisfied. Great place to stay when travelling up and down the coast. In a cool neighbourhood with lots of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby.

Customer Service was bad. The owner was not welcoming guests. There is no 24 open, they hotel door close before midnight, can reach for help if you need from the staff. The are bed bug, so be careful.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times before and are always very satisfied. New and comfortable with all necessary facilities. Very good value for money. Phan Rang is also a great destination for beautiful coastal roads and scenery.

Friendly service and help from reception, especially Ms Hao, who speaks very good English.Excellent location in a quiet, newish area, but still close to town, with lots of good, modern restaurants nearby. Modern building, with nice decor.

This is a relatively new hotel in Phan Rang with good sized rooms and comfortable beds. Everything is in good condition. A few km from the beach and close to many coffee shops, bars and restaurants. We have stayed here a couple of times before and will definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a nice hotel in the center of K1 area. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops, and only a 10-15 minute drive from the beach. The hotel is fairly modern and clean, although there were some ants in our room. This hasn't been the case on previous stays here though. They let you park your bike outside and bring it inside a night to keep it safe. Overall a very good option if you want to stay in K1 area.

1st night we got upgraded to a bigger room. Everything is brand new, massive bathroom.

2nd back to double room. No window, feel a bit claustrophobic compare to the 1st night. No fridge They should ban smoking inside the room.

Rooms are pretty nice with basic amenities overall i would highly recommend this property
