Hotel SMC Alam Avenue

The location is easily accessible and nearest to uitm so anyone who has convocation in uitm can book this hotel. However, the hotels not so clean :(

The cleanliness of the room was so bad that i feel uncomfortable to sleep. The washroom also so bad and not so clean. Please improve the conditions, the cleanliness of the hotel and pls improve the quality of the rooms and also the facilities

Cheap. Near with the place that i need to attend for work. Nearby with mamak and convenience store

Cleanliness was below average . Room very stuffy and smelly. Cockroaches inside the room. I need to buy my own fragrance to remove the stuffiness

Location

Piping problem. I report to counter but no action taken.

Staff friendly

Display price from booking.com Rm71, so I choose coz affordable. Suddenly, it goes up Rm121.

Location strategic since there’s a lot restaurant and convenience stores

Facilities so bad since i got a room that has a broken plug. The sink in bathroom also clogged. When we tell the staff regarding this issue, there is no action taken.

Easy to get food.

Dirty bathroom, tv not working, broken water heater.

I like it's location as it is easy to find and quite near to the place I went. Easy moving and lots of place to eat e.g. mamak restaurant. Convenience stores also available.

The bathroom is quite dirty. Need to improve the service. Lift was not working from the I checked-in (7/9) until the day I checked-out. I have to walk up to level 3 by stairs.

Love the mattress and fan switch...low and near the bed

Renovation going on. Just arrive and to nap a bit disturbed by the screw sound upstairs.

Many nasi kandar shops

Very noisy, motorbike sounds throughout the night

Price and bed

Broken air-conditioning and dirty bathroom

It is located at city which is near to any shops and reestaurant. The hotel is comfortable and value for money. There are also a lot of parking near the hotels.

The facilities in the hotel are not well- managed. - Audio for the TV is not same and in the video. (Audio is delayed). - The dustbin in broken.- The water pile in toilet is leaking. - The door for the toilet are not well- installed and the doo cannot locked.

Is it ok

Door lock is broken water is leaking in toilet No water bottle in the roomOther is ok

The lift, simplicity of check in

The duvet & bed sheet may be needed a change, Which i believe they washed it, but my bed sheet has lipstick stains..

Bed bugs everywhere. Got so many rashes on my body that require an injection from doctor. Not recommended at all

Location was nice. No breakfast available but there are so many restaurant around. Parking are limited

Under the bed was not clean up.

Strategic location

It was found that the sheets and pillowcases had not been changed for a long time so that the hands and feet itched

Easy access to the place we went and eateries too

The toilet floor and wall need scrubbing. It looked like it hadn't been scrubbed for sometimes.

Staff was good

At first he gave me the room with a broken window & it was open, it was just covered with curtain! We were bitten by the mosquito!! Room number 211 please fix the window! The blanket also got dusty & our body became itchy, but the staff received my complaint very well & changed to another better room, thanks to the staff!

Water heater and air-conditioning works properly and strategically located.

There is a hole at the window causing the noise from outside construction coming in the room so loud and fan shrieking noise also has been annoying. Other than that the television installed high up on the wall make us unable to watch it properly and comfortably. The linen are dirty.
