Setia Inn

Location, room size and cleanliness

Should have a laundry facility.

The location is good

The people staying there were so noisy, shouthing, laughing, talking very loud at night even in the morning. I only can sleep after 12am. Or have to wake up at 6-7am ? You can hear the water noise next to your room.

Non smoking room, but the corridor was so smelly because of cigarettes smokes from other rooms

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

Parking is very very limited. The guard in charge was so rude that he forced me to park at the basement of the office building whereby most of the nearest parking lots in the basement are RESERVED!!!! Iron and ironing board are not provided in the room nor at the floor corridor. Guests need to pay deposit of RM50 if they wish to borrow the iron and the board. Worse, if you have paid the deposit, you need to bring the iron and the board yourselves to your room! They won't send it to the room for you. The towels provided are not so clean that they have some brownish/yellowish stains on them. There is ONLY ONE power socket. No wardrobe provided and clothes hangers are just ???.

Within walking distance to Lotus. Daily housekeeping but it will be good to have the 'Do Not Disturb' door sign. Room was spacious for my room selection so it was comfortable to spread out my belongings.

The comforter and bedsheet are stained, so it was not aesthetically pleasing to look at and hence I feel less comfortable.

Location is good, there is easy parking at the lower ground, the room is very clean, and the environment is also nice. Staff is helpful and friendly. Worth for money

Air-conditioning may need regular service, one of my stays the aircond is not so cold even down to 18° but it's manageable. Keep up the good work!
