Except for the Room and Afiq at Reception nothing else was great

No service, not even plates, spoons or glasses

Clean, tidy, looks nice.

The heater of the shower was broken. It is on for 2 minutes and then turned off itself. I reset it and the hot water last maybe another minute. It was very uncomfortable, like taking an ice shower.To be fair, I extended my stay for another 2 days (definitely for reasons other than the shower) and I asked for a different room. The shower of the new room was perfect. Maybe I should have asked for a different room earlier.I rate my experience of my extended stay in another review. So maybe you want to look at that, too.

This is my extended stay at the hotel. It is clean, tidy, and looks nice.

I think there were multiple routers around and one of them was not connected to the Internet. So my phone could connect to the Internet though their WiFi but my PC failed to connect to the Internet, supposedly it was connected to a different router (which had the same name) than my phone that was not properly set up.

Good location and price

The first morning I was woken up by front desk saying I had to move rooms. If I refused I had to pay 40$ a day more. Even though I reserved and confirmed my reservation. At check in nothing was said, they waited til I settled in and spent one night. So I needed up paying $160 ringgit….. feel like I was scammed

Clean, close to where I needed to go, low price

I saw 2 cockroaches while there. They required a deposit in cash which surprised me but they let it slide. They advertised bathtub but only shower.

Kind & Helpful staff at reception especially Ms Nana. Wifi speed is good. AC is cooling very well.

Smell of chemical in toilet , no cabinet for clothes, no kettle in room :-(

Room abit small. Not spacious to move around especially with luggage. Overall is clean.

No amnesties, hot water unable to control. TV remote was dysfunctional.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience regarding an interaction with your receptionist during my check-out on [date]. While I was aware that check-out was at 12:00 PM, my room was locked before I could complete the process. I went to the reception desk to inform your staff, and the receptionist assured me the issue would be resolved.However, when I returned to my room, the door was still locked. The receptionist eventually came upstairs but was not apologetic about the inconvenience. Instead, he pointed out that it was past check-out time (12:15 PM), though it was only 12:04 PM when I first came to report the issue.I understand mistakes can happen, but the manner in which the receptionist addressed me felt dismissive and rude. I value good customer service, and this interaction did not meet my expectations of hospitality.I hope this feedback can be used constructively to ensure a better experience for future guests.Thank you for your attention, and I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter.

Convenient location with plenty of parking. Clean room but towels had damp smell and stains. Old budget hotel vibe. Probably better when it was new.

Rude reception staff. Cash only payment and RM50 deposit were not stated during booking. Facilities and basic amenities are barely functional, not available or poorly maintained. Not recommended unless there are no other options elsewhere.

Close to malls and very comfortable for a good deal price

But too bad this second stayed...the lift out of service.we have to go up down with older family member for 4 days.

No toothbrush provided, nearest KK mart was 5 mins drive away. Aircon was loud and made the air very dry.
